CATRIN Natural 100 Mineral Sunkill RX SPF46 PA+++ Review

CATRIN Natural 100 Mineral Sunkill RX SPF46 PA+++ | Brush Type Review:

I am always in search for a perfect sunblock. Having skin this sensitive, that is never-ending quest. Sunblocks do tend to break me out, leave my face ghostly, and when I think ‘this is it’ in the morning, afternoon proves me wrong making my skin angry. Although I do have my candidates for the HG status, it has almost gotten fun to search for another.

I am especially interested in those sunscreen products in ‘reapply throughout the day’ category. I also want it not to disturb my makeup, and I want it to be effortless yet efficient for lazy afternoons at home drinking tea on my terrace without making such cosmetic fuss.

So I stumbled upon Catrin Natural 100 Mineral Sunkill RX SPF 46 PA+++ with the brush. Ok, this should be a nice way to spend time outdoors and elegantly and effortlessly reapply my sunblock, told myself and bought it without more research.

[Review] Missha M BB Boomer

Missha M BB Boomer Review

Missha M BB Boomer Review:

When I dove into the makeup world of Asian beauty products and bought my first BB cream from Missha, I came across this product soon after. It was a highly recommended product due to its ability to “boost” BB creams applied on top of it – it could make any undertone of a BB cream look less yellow, gray, etc. In other words, it would make your skin tone appear more lively! It sounded like such an interesting product that I just had to try it.

[Review] Mediheal Aqua Chip Circle Point Mask Sheet

Mediheal Aqua Chip Circle Point Mask Sheet Review

Mediheal Aqua Chip Circle Point Mask Sheet was purchased by Cosmeperks.

When Cosmeperks contacted me and sent me a photo of the mask I honestly didn’t notice anything about it. It was not until I got in the store and grabbed it that I noticed it had circles, it had pressure points, I didn’t notice how special it was until I had it in my hand. And I admit, at the time I really had to control myself not to buy one of each from the same collection!

Please read the review because I promise you won’t see many masks with pressure points. Could it be your own Oriental medicine aesthetic clinic at home?

[Review] Tosowoong Essence Cushion Vitalizing Perfect Cover SPF 50+ PA+++

Tosowoong Essence Cushion Vitalizing Perfect Cover SPF 50+ PA+++ Review

Tosowoong Essence Cushion Vitalizing Perfect Cover SPF 50+ PA+++ Review:

Dry, cold wind from the North once again tormented my sensitive dehydrated skin. This sentence sounds like I am a mountain climber or some adventurous creature. Oh God, no! I am talking this sitting at my dressing table trying to apply my foundation and cursing my skin barrier. There must be better way than this – said to myself looking at my dry patches and red papules in the mirror. As I was just looking into Asian skin care, I started my quest for something that would cover my blemishes, always flushed cheeks and of course with some ‘If I do say myself so’ not-drying-my-rosacean-face-like-rain-thirsty-land effect. Of course, let us make this game more interesting: also with non-sensitizing ingredients that would not by any chance aggravate my already angry skin.

After long hours surfing and eliminating one product after another after reading ingredients list, my eye caught something very, very interesting: ESSENCE CUSHION SPF 50+/PA+++, Vitalizing Perfect Cover by Tosowoong. Hm, cover with essence, sounds interesting!

[Review] Lovemore Pearl and Red Pearl Barley Whitening Mask Sheet

Lovemore Pearl and Red Pearl Barley Whitening Mask Sheet Review

Lovemore Pearl and Red Pearl Barley Whitening Mask Sheet Review:

Pearl barley is a revered ingredient in traditional Taiwanese and Asian medicine. It is filled with Vitamins B1 and B2 that helps in the anti-aging process that also restores a youthful glow and complexion, and Vitamin C that fades dark spots and evens out skin tone. This wonder ingredient also contains selenium that boosts skin elasticity and bounce, and further protects skin from environmental stressors like pollution and UV rays.

This is my first Lovemore sheet mask and early on, I can say that the hype is real behind these much loved Taiwanese sheet masks!

Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream SPF42 PA+++ No 21 Review

Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream SPF42 PA+++ No 21 Review:

When I first came across this product, I didn’t know much about makeup in general. I was just online searching for a new foundation to replace my one and only Clinique one, but I wanted something that actually worked for my acne-prone skin. Thankfully, I stumbled across this BB cream. With the many amazing reviews I read for this product, I just had to try it out (and I’m so glad I did).

[Review] Naruko Alps Edelweiss Soothing and Calming Mask Sheet

Naruko Alps Edelweiss Soothing And Calming Mask Sheet Review

Naruko Alps Edelweiss Soothing and Calming Mask Sheet Review:

There are days when my skin needs some serious loving –you know the classic soothing and calming effects? The most popular ingredient to give off this effect would usually be green tea and aloe, unfortunately, my skin doesn’t seem to respond well with them. I’ve tried a few tea masks and they fail to calm my skin, what’s even weird is the fact that my skin seems a bit dull after using green teas mask as well as aloe ones. Since Naruko has become a super brand for me, I just had to get the Alps Edelweiss Soothing and Calming Mask.

[Review] Tonymoly Pokemon Sticker Mask Sheet

Tonymoly Pokemon Sticker Mask Sheet Review

Tonymoly Pokemon Sticker Mask Sheet Review:

Tonymoly is a brand that most people don’t like but everyone finds their products adorable. I personally keep trying to convince myself to stop buying their products but they make it very hard for me. I could never resist any makeup or skincare product with pokemon on the package. At first I didn’t really care that tonymoly made sheet masks with pokemon, since the sheet mask was still white however, they made stickers with them. Now these stickers are like any regular sheet mask but they’re cut out into little pieces that you can use on specific areas of your face. I personally love that concept, since the only reason I usually use a sheet mask is my cheeks.

[Review] The Face Shop x TROLLS Mono Pop Eyes 01 Joyful Candy Drop

The Face Shop x TROLLS Mono Pop Eyes 01 Joyful Candy Drop Review

The Face Shop x TROLLS Mono Pop Eyes 01 Joyful Candy Drop Review:

a part of the beautifully designed troll collection, The Face Shop also released eyeshadow palettes. Well, I’m a fan of their eyeshadows, they usually feel really comfortable on my skin, and I do enjoy their color choices. Also, the eyeshadow palettes from each collection have unique colors, of course they’re always similar to their existing colors (in a way) but they are actually exclusive to each collection. Who doesn’t appreciate some uniqueness, right?

We’ll see if these eyeshadows are good like their usual ones, how long they last, and their colors.
