As someone with combination skin tending towards oily in the t zone, I am always weary of luminizing products because some of them can make you look extremely oily instead of radiant and glowy. Finding that perfect balance between radiance and oiliness is difficult, but when I started using the Erborian Glow Creme I was pleasantly surprised.
The Erborian Glow Creme claims to provide a luminous base for makeup application, and also smooths the skin. It provides moisture, a brightening effect, and also makes the skin look pearlescent and radiant.

Erborian Glow Creme Illuminating Face Cream Review:
I started using the glow crème as a make up base for 2 weeks, but I only use it on my cheeks and not on my T-zone. Upon application, it is pearly-white with hints of pink and purple shimmer. I like the iridescent sheen of this product a lot, and it absorbs nicely into skin.
When I first pat this into my skin, it looks slightly dewy but it soon dries into a more matte finish which is perfect for those with oily or combination skin.
Although it dries matte, it has visible specks of pink glitter, which is why I am very hesitant about applying it all over the face.
It does not provide a lot of moisture, but it does provide a very luminous base for makeup application.
The packaging is also very pretty and reflects the same luminosity that is within the product itself.
Throughout my long days, the Erborian Glow Creme makes me look radiant without looking greasy.
I like to apply this under makeup, although it can also be applied over makeup to give an extra luminous look. I think those with dry to normal skin could also apply this all over the face as a moisturizer and primer without looking too shiny.
Although the Erborian Glow Creme is suitable for all skin types, I think those with normal or dry skin can use it all over the face without being concerned about looking greasy.
However, for those of us with oily or combination skin, applying this all over the face may not be a good idea because there is a pink glittery sheen which could make the entire face look oily.
Although I like how this product works overall, I did not notice any long-term benefit to my skin in terms of moisturizing or smoothing my skin.
I would not repurchase simply because a little bit goes a long way for me because I use it to highlight key features of my face. I prefer other luminizing primers that are suitable for use all over the face, so once I run out of this product I will most likely go back to using another radiant primer that I like.
