I got this last year during the extreme winter. It was cold and dry, and my skin was flaking even on the oily parts. Well, let me tell you, with a skin as sensitive as mine when it starts to flake you forget everything else and deal with that first – otherwise everything will burn when you apply it, you cannot wear makeup because it looks ghastly, and the other skin treatments you do will take way longer to have any effect. And with an emergency like that I went crazy and decided to use an animal product! I know, it’s not much to most of you, but it is the first time I ever used any animal-based product. I had heard amazing things about Guerisson 9 Complex Horse Oil Cream, and decided to try it. Let’s see if it is really worth the heap.
This product features horse fat as its main ingredient. The natural formula suits even babies. Horse fat used is free from steroids, preservatives, or flavorings. This provides the most suitable care to sensitive skin, which helps in dry skin problem. Why not provide a protective layer to your skin? Guerisson 9 complex cream consists of vitamin E. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that acts as an anti-oxidant.

Guerisson 9 Complex Horse Oil Cream Review:
On the bottom of the package you can see only the main benefits of the cream and a few basic information, along with the validity date.
I must say, after writing the ingredient list I got sad. I was prepared to use horse oil cream, as I said I never used animal products before. It is not because I disagree with them, I just get along better with plants, sometimes the thought of dead animals makes me feel nauseous (even when I eat I usually don’t eat more than 1/4th animal products). It’s personal preference really.
So, now that you know how I honestly feel about dead snails, I can let you know that I still love this cream for all the help it gave me.
When I spread it on my skin it is so thick that it barely stops being white. But you can already see how fat it is, which is the reason I bought it when I saw it at the store. I haven’t used the classic Nivea blue cream on my face since I was a little girl, but I knew I needed something as strong, but more appropriate for facial use, and I knew I had gotten it right when I swatched it exactly like this at the store.
I can not tell you exactly what it exactly smells like. I feel the smell of the plants, and it is very fresh (you will notice if you put it on skin without any other product first). But it is quite nice.
You can even see on the previous picture that is without the cream my hand wasn’t very hydrated. And on this photo you can see that it is quite hydrated, even though usually hands need something way stronger than a facial cream to have any improvement.
I will not lie, for any skin with oily parts this cream is a big no. But if your skin starts flaking, this cream can heal that in a couple of weeks – and you can deal with the oiliness later. I will not purchase it again, unless I start peeling again. But I don’t regret buying it because right after my skin healed I started using it as a neck cream.
You should know, when you’re young you don’t really need any neck cream, but if you can apply any hydrating cream to your neck it is a good preventive measure against saggy skin or wrinkles. So, if there is any cream you don’t really like or that is close to the expiry date, it is a good use for it!
