I’m not very much particular when it comes to cleanser. Sometimes, I would grab a tube if I find it interesting but I always find myself coming back to the good old Cetaphil. While it is a decent cleanser, I would have to admit that it is quite boring to use. Luckily, one day my boyfriend chanced upon a Korean Mart selling beauty products. Knowing that I am crazy over anything Korean and Beauty, he got me couple of stuff –one of which is Happy Bath Yogurt Facial Foam Herb Essence.

Happy Bath Yogurt Facial Foam Herb Essence Review:
Happy Bath is a Korean brand that is under Amore Pacific. All this time I thought they were exclusive in producing solid bath stuff until today! Happy Bath Yogurt Facial Foam comes in four variants: Grain Essence which is suited for sensitive skin, Fruit Essence for dry skin, Berry Essence for all skin type and finally, Herb Essence for oily skin.
Happy Bath Yogurt Foam comes in a no fuss squeeze tube that is really cute! The product itself is milky –it is a bit thick but kind of runny. The scent, as expected is of lemon/lime. Honestly, I wasn’t impressed by the smell –it reminds me of dish washing liquid! Others may find it relaxing but it is just too much for my sensitive nose. It smells kind of artificial to me!
But since it was given to me, naturally, I have to try it at least. I put a little on my palm, as it starts to foam I massage it on my face slowly. I got used to the smell and was not bothered by it anymore. After few minutes, I rinsed my face thoroughly.
What I like about this cleanser is that, it is so gentle on the skin. It feels soft and nice lathering this on my face. I was even impressed that it did cleanse my face well without stripping off my skin’s moisture.
After cleansing, my face was all clean and supple! I am also happy to report that this product did not cause me break out of some sort so I guess I will be able to finish the tube despite the scent.
Overall, it is a decent foaming cleanser. It does what it is supposed to do. What I liked best about this cleanser is the fact that it leaves my skin smooth and bouncy, no dryness at all! I recommend this for people who are looking for a gentle but not boring cleanser. If you feel that your nose is as sensitive as mine, I suggest that you sniff it first before committing to a full tube!
