The first time I got Innisfree Canola Honey Jelly Mist was a leftover my boyfriend didn’t use. At the time he changed his skincare routine, and since he knew how much I enjoy the serum from the same collection he thought it would be wise to give me the remaining of this mist. And he thought wisely, I have been using it for over 2 years now!
- Honey radiance jelly mist, creates delicate skin’s moisture protection barrier.
- Fine gel keeps skin moist for a long time.
- Upon spraying on face, it fits to the skin delicately, evenly and thinly.
- Gives moisture to dry skin.
Honey Extract, Water, Butylene Glycol, Propanediol, Glycereth-26, Alcohol, Glycerin, Brassica Campestris (Rapeseed) Seed Oil, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Citrus Unshiu Peel Extract, Opuntia Coccinellifera Fruit Extract, Orchid Extract, Camellia Japonica Leaf Extract, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Extract, Bis-peg-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane, Sodium Chloride, Peg-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Gellan Gum, Magnesium Sulfate, Dextrin, Disodium Edta, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance
How to use:
- Every time when your skin is feeling dry, close your eyes and spray it over the face.
- Pat gently for better absorption.
- It can be used both before and after makeup.
- You should use a mist before applying a second step serum or essence to help it absorb better, so this would be a good one to do that.
- This mist is really rich and not heavy, so in case of emergency when you don’t have an essence or serum you can use this.
My Skin Type: Oily T, dry U, blemished, sensitive, and allergic.
Innisfree Canola Honey Jelly Mist Review:
All mists come in a comfortable spray type of bottle, that’s the normal thing so there’s nothing surprising on the package.
However not all of them spray like this. This spray bottle for some reason sprays in a circumference, and doesn’t even feel the center of it! It is really bothersome, since it means you have to spray like a million times to cover all of your face.
In this photo you can clearly see that circle I was talking about. I will not lie, it is quite bothersome.
Scent wise, I like it. It is pleasant, a faint honey smell. I have smelled mists with less intensity, but also ones with much more intensity. And this one does not smell like alcohol at all, which is a plus.
As soon as I spread it on my skin (or in a normal day, when I apply it on my face using several sprays) it feels very hydrated and moisturized. It also absorbs very quickly. On a hot day it relieves the temperature, on a cold day it doesn’t cool the skin so much that would stop me from using it.
When I used it as a replacement for my serum, for a few days, I sprayed it on my hand three times and patted the liquid onto my face. Of course it does not replace the serum, but it is better than not using anything at all. And this is a thing not all mists are good for, and this one is.
I will definitely buy it again. This is my fifth bottle already, and until I find a better mist this will be the only one I use. I do like others, lighter and fresher ones in the summer, but at least as part of my skin care routine I appreciate this one the most.
