[REVIEW] Celderma Crystal Skin Mask

Celderma Crystal Skin Mask Review

Celderma Crystal Skin Mask Review:

Do you know who is the queen advertising these masks? Song Jihyo from Running Man! I’m a huge fan (of her as an actress, I’m just aware she’s more famous for Running Man), and I thought her skin was so much better when Banila Co made her a project and had her have no makeup but proper skin care. From then on I thought if Song Jihyo swears by a product it may actually be effective.

Anyway, that’s what drove me to try Celderma, which is the brand she endorses now. This specific mask promotes Glass Skin, and let’s face it, that’s one thing Jihyo had far ahead of her time! I want to try glass skin too.

[REVIEW] Peripera Color Fit Tint Water Gel 05 Chilipress

Peripera Color Fit Tint Water Gel 05 Chilipress Review

Peripera Color Fit Tint Water Gel 05 Chilipress Review:

I was browsing for some lip tints I’ve never tried before and the Peripera Color Fit Tint Water Gel came out with the highest rating. I know Peripera launched this tint a year ago but somehow it never interest me even with the unique packaging and good shade range. Finally I decided to try it after I read so many reviews saying that this is the best lip tint from Peripera.

It comes in 7 shades and I can say the shades are pretty different from other lip tints. They have MLBB and some of brownish colors as well. Usually lip tints are limited to pinks, reds, and oranges shade only so it’s refreshing to see something different.

For me, Peripera lip tints are either a miss or hit. I love their shade range but the performances are so-so. I haven’t found a tint from Peripera that amaze me so I hope this tint will perform better than the other Peripera’s tints on me.

[REVIEW] Guerisson 9 Complex Moisture Balancing Cream

Guerisson 9 Complex Moisture Balancing Cream Review

Guerisson 9 Complex Moisture Balancing Cream Review:

Horse oil was one of the ingredients that I never wished to ever use on my skin. However, after using a routine with multiple steps that never seemed to help my skin, I got to the point where I decided to just try horse oil and see if it would help my skin. It felt like I could never find a moisturizer that was heavy enough for my skin, or a routine that actually did something.

So almost a year ago, I decided to reset my routine and so I cut everything out of it except my sunscreen and the Guerisson 9 Complex cream. It was risky, considering I never had tried the cream before and I was replacing a ten-step routine with two items. I expected my skin to look even worse that before, but what surprised me was that my skin looked no worse (and no better) but considering I was only use two items it was still surprising to me.

After that I slowly introduced a few new products, and what I found was that the Guerisson 9 Complex cream was the best cream I had ever used (despite me not wanting to use horse oil… heh). It was actually heavy enough for my skin and perfect, and my skin looked the best it had looked in years. Anyway, so that was the original 9 complex cream. When I was using my second jar of it I looked at the Guerisson website and found out that they had reformulated and the cream and added a new cream to the line-up. I was honestly a bit upset, but also curious to find out about the new cream.

The new Guerisson 9 Complex cream is the one in this review – the Moisture Balancing cream. The other two creams (the original one and the ginseng one) had the formula’s changed slightly although I’m not sure what has been changed. I never intended to try the moisture balancing cream, but as I said I was curious about it, so I looked up to see what was different from the regular one. Well it turned out that instead of just horse oil this one contains five types of ceramides! If that doesn’t sound like heaven for dry and dehydrated skin, I don’t know what would. Plus, I found out this one was designed for dehydrated skin, so honestly it sounded so perfect that I just had to try it out.

[REVIEW] Missha Flash Up Sun SPF50+ PA++++

Missha Flash Up Sun SPF50+ PA++++ Review

Missha Flash Up Sun SPF50+ PA++++ Review:

My skin has recently been the driest it’s ever been, and luckily enough it happened just around the time that Missha launched their Flash Up Sun line. All the other sunscreens I own became too drying and matte for me, and the Flash Up Sun sunscreen was marketed as a glowy finish, so naturally I had to pick it up (and not to mention the packaging is super pretty too!)

[REVIEW] Innisfree Blueberry Rebalancing Cream (New Packaging)

Innisfree Blueberry Rebalancing Cream Review

Innisfree Blueberry Rebalancing Cream Review:

This cream, just like the same line’s cleansing foam, is exactly the same as the previous version, and only the package was updated. As you can see by the package, I have the previous version, but below I’ll post an image of the new version with comparisons for you.

Anyway, this cream, as the name says, aims to rebalance the skin. I really loved the Blueberry cleanser and I have high expectations for this cream too!

[REVIEW] The Face Shop Blush Pop 03 Nudie Pop

The Face Shop Blush Pop 03 Nudie Pop Review

The Face Shop Blush Pop 03 Nudie Pop Review:

Blush is one of the most staple product in my daily makeup routine. It’s not because I love blush but it’s because without blush, my complexion would look as pale as a zombie. I do have really fair skin and people are saying I look really pale so a pop of flush on my cheek is really appreciated.

Unfortunately, blushes seem to hate me because they won’t stay on my cheeks! I do have combination to oily skin so maybe that’s one of main factor why they wear of so fast. So far a blush that stay on my skin is the one from Colourpop.

Until I saw someone posted this blush on Instagram. They have 5 shades selection and all of them looks really pretty and natural, they even have a n*de shade I really love! With the affordable price and ‘long lasting’ claim, I was sold right at that moment.

[REVIEW] CLIO Dermatory Hypoallergenic Sun Fluid Tinted SPF50+ PA++++

CLIO Dermatory Hypoallergenic Sun Fluid Tinted Review

CLIO Dermatory Hypoallergenic Sun Fluid Tinted Review:

After trying Dermatory’s hypoallergenic emollient (emulsion) I became curious about their other products and when I saw that they had released two new sunscreens with mineral filters I decided to try the tinted out one. As I’ve probably mentioned many times before (oops hehe) I usually prefer mineral filters because the chemical ones make my skin sting/burn and often they somehow seem really oily to me.

Naturally, the problem with mineral ones are that they are so white and make people look like ghosts. Helpfully, Dermatory released two mineral sunscreens – a tinted one and a non-tinted one. Since I haven’t tried a tinted sunscreen before I decided to try the tinted version, I also noticed the ingredient lists are slightly different, with the tinted one having the titanium dioxide slightly higher than the non-tinted one.

Of course, I was worried that the tinted one might be way too dark for me or look odd but I figured it wouldn’t look worse than any bb cream that was too dark for me. Coincidentally, after I ordered this sunscreen I realised it also contained “Thanakha” which is a plant extract from Myanmar used as a sunscreen, it was also in the Secret Key sunscreen I reviewed. I guess Thanakha is an ingredient which is now gaining attention in Korea? Although I don’t think there is much scientific research into it, but it’s still an interesting ingredient to have in the sunscreen.

[REVIEW+SWATCHES] Espoir Colorconic Velvet Tint Lacquer 901 Sweet Toast

Espoir Colorconic Velvet Tint Laquer 901 Sweet Toast Review

Espoir Colorconic Velvet Tint Lacquer 901 Sweet Toast Review: (Product purchased by Cosmeperks)

I must say I was reticent of the quality of Espoir and thought there was an over hype surrounding the brand. But in the end I was disappointed with something that was not the quality, and fell in love with the quality itself! In Korea Espoir is a brand you must try if you like lipsticks, and in my opinion they have a true ability of going multinational!
