[REVIEW] Innisfree Skinny Microcara Zero 02 Brown

Innisfree Skinny Microcara Zero 02 Brown Review

Innisfree Skinny Microcara Zero 02 Brown Review:

I’ve heard many great things about Innisfree’s Skinny Microcara, particularly on how well it works for those with short, sparse lashes, so when I saw this new release which claims to be an upgraded version of that mascara, I was intrigued. Of course, I do also prefer this version’s sleek packaging compared to its predecessor, so why not, right? Let’s see how it fares.

[REVIEW] 2019 NEW Cosrx Shield Fit Snail Essence Sun SPF50+ PA+++

Cosrx Shield Fit Snail Essence Sun SPF50+ PA+++ Review

Cosrx Shield Fit Snail Essence Sun SPF50+ PA+++ was purchased by Cosmeperks.

As mentioned in my previous review of Cosrx Green Comfort Sun Cream, this is the second part to my thoughts on Cosrx’s latest sunscreen duo! This time around, it’s a formula that’s claimed to be geared towards those with drier skin types, or those who prefer their sunscreens with a more moisturizing finish. Now, while I don’t have super dry skin, I do face dehydration issues, so let’s see how it fares with that.

[REVIEW] Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Asiatica 2 Step Mask

Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Asiatica 2 Step Mask Review

Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Asiatica 2 Step Mask Review:

With the centella/cica hype booming so suddenly the past couple of years, I started to see this brand everywhere, with the centella ampoule as its main breakout star. But while I’ve not had the chance to try that product from Skin1004, I think this 2-step mask would be a decent gauge of how this product line would work for me. So, let’s see, shall we?

[REVIEW] 2019 NEW Cosrx Shield Fit All Green Comfort Sun SPF50+/PA++++

Cosrx Shield Fit All Green Comfort Sun SPF50+PA+++ Review

Cosrx Shield Fit All Green Comfort Sun SPF50+/PA++++ was purchased by Cosmeperks.

Cosrx has been releasing some interesting new products lately, and suffice to say, I’ve been feeling pretty left out from all the hype as I’ve only had experience using their older stuff. So when Nigama offered this review opportunity shortly after the release of the new Cosrx sunscreens, I immediately jumped to chance.

And as there were 1+1 launch offers, this is just the first half of my reviews for the sleek-looking sun products from Cosrx – the Snail Essence Sun (Moisture) coming up soon! So, without further ado, here’s my take on this new sunscreen aimed towards fellow sensitive-skinned folks.

[REVIEW] Missha All Around Safe Block Essence Sun SPF45/PA+++

Missha All Around Safe Block Essence Sun SPF45PA+++ Review

Missha All Around Safe Block Essence Sun SPF45/PA+++ Review:

If I’m not mistaken, in 2018, Missha repackaged their sunscreen line, giving them a more minimalist face lift. And while I’m not entirely sure if some of them were reformulated, I’ve checked the ingredients for this one, only to spot no difference – or none too drastic, at least. So, without further ado, let’s dive into this review, shall we?

[REVIEW] It’s Skin Tiger Cica Calming Serum

It's Skin Tiger Cica Calming Serum Review

It’s Skin Tiger Cica Calming Serum Review:

Rated quite highly on Hwahae (currently 4.43/5 stars) and not seeing it as readily available locally as the brand’s other lines at the time, I was excited to get my hands on the It’s Skin Tiger Cica Calming Serum when I traveled to Seoul early last year. And despite some initial hesitation, the sales assistant managed to convince me enough to warrant a buy (also helps that this specific line was on sale!); but, did it live up to my expectations?

[REVIEW] Innisfree Jeju Lava Seawater Skin

Innisfree Jeju Lava Seawater Skin Review

Innisfree Jeju Lava Seawater Skin Review:

As far as I know, the Jeju Lava Seawater line makes up a portion of Innisfree’s skincare range targeted towards anti-aging and intensive moisture. Clearly, being in my early twenties and having more of a combination-to-oily skin type, I’m not necessarily their target market.

However, when we were having a meet up and my friend was gushing about the Jeju Lava Seawater Deep Essence, I found myself really intrigued. And so, with having some generous friends within the skincare community, at one point, I ended up with a trial set of the Jeju Lava Seawater line. The rest, I guess you could say, is history… or is it?

[REVIEW] Scinic Intensive Dual Mask Snail Solution

Scinic Intensive Dual Mask Snail Solution Review

Scinic Intensive Dual Mask Snail Solution Review:

To be honest, besides theirco famous Honey All in One Ampoule, Scinic never quite stayed on my personal radar. But after decent results with that product, when I got this sheet mask, it caught my interest as being a product formulated without the inclusion of hyaluronic acid/sodium hyaluronate and drying alcohols.

When I first started out in my skincare journey, I was personally wary of these two ingredients (particularly if they’re high up in the ingredients list), so seeing a sheet mask without them was intriguing. Adding in that this is a two-piece mask also adds to the intrigue, to be honest!

[REVIEW] Minon Amino Moist Clear Wash Powder

Minon Amino Moist Clear Wash Powder Review

Minon Amino Moist Clear Wash Powder Review:

Developed by the pharmaceutical company, Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare, the Minon Amino Moist product line is a skincare brand targeted towards those with dry and/or sensitive skin. To be completely honest, this brand wasn’t on my radar at all until I was searching for powder cleansers to travel with and found it for cheap on a local reselling platform.

Looking up the product and thus brand guide, it was intriguing to find out that the brand focuses on developing skincare focused on amino acids to aid in improving the skin’s moisture barrier overtime. However, I must say that the little @cosme sticker on this product’s image thumbnails while googling definitely helped in sealing the quick purchase (though, I’m still not so sure in which year it got into the highly esteemed rankings).
