Etude House Play Color Eyes Lavender Land Review:
This is the new Etude House palette from their most famous palette collection. Last year they released the Cherry Blossom palette around the same time, and it’s still super popular (as it should). They also had ones that were less popular (mainly due to Korean taste) such as the Ice Van and Beach Party (they had oranges, greens, browns, I guess it was just not their style). They also had semi-popular ones like Peach Farm, Juice Bar and Wine Party – they are good and a part of everyone’s staples… and maybe that was their problem: the brand’s classic palettes with browns have at least one shade tending to those.
But lavender! Oh sweet lavender. It’s almost pink, so Koreans like it. It’s unique. You can pair it with burgundy-ish (included in the palette), with browns (also in), with purples (also). And they managed to make it tending to both warm and cool tones, and that tone thing is very trendy in Korea right now. Let me say, I just wish it came with a lavender candle as a gift!
