[REVIEW] Skinmiso Spot Repairing Serum

Skinmiso Spot Repairing Serum Review

Skinmiso Spot Repairing Serum Review:

Many Korean products that are meant for people with acne, use before and after photos of people who supposedly used their products. It’s impossible to not stumble upon one of these. I personally always react like “eyy there’s no way that’s real” and then I proceed to read more about the product and get mesmerized by the photos.. until I finally use it and realize it’s a complete let-down.

This serum was one of these cases however, knowing that many people love and swear by Skinmiso’s products, I really felt a “this is the one” vibe. I truly had a feeling that this product will make my scars fade away right away- or will it; Read the rest of the review and see for yourself!

[REVIEW] Dr. Mind Apot Red Mask Sheet

Dr. Mind Apot Red Mask Sheet Review

Dr. Mind Apot Red Mask Sheet Review:

Dr. Mind is a brand that targets skin issues faced by the majority of the people, providing solutions from a medical perspective. This mask is part of the pre & post breakout line which- as the name says, can help with breakouts. It’s not a really well-known brand however, it’s been getting quite some attention on social media. As soon as I saw a photo of this red mask, I instantly fell in love.

At first, I could only find this mask for crazy prices (almost as expensive as the SKII masks which I’d obviously prefer) so I dug in to find out what makes this mask special (even though I ended up buying it for a normal price and not 20 dollars). This mask is supposed to be good for exhausted skin due to stress which caught my eye as stress is one of the biggest factors that people’s skin is not in its best condition (at least mine isn’t thanks to it). So, let’s see, will this mask ~take my stress away~?

[REVIEW] April Skin Magic Snow Cushion Pink SPF 50+ PA+++ 01 Pink

April Skin Magic Snow Cushion Pink SPF 50+ PA+++ 01 Pink Review

April Skin Magic Snow Cushion Pink SPF 50+ PA+++ 01 Pink Review:

The infamous magic snow cushion.. I’d say that it’s definitely one of the top 3 most widely known Korean cushion foundations. I’ve been wanting to try it for a while but as I was about to purchase it, I stumbled upon this one. It had a great discount and I loved the packaging so I decided to give this one a try first.

Firstly, I’d like to clarify that I know, since I have PIE, I’m probably the last person who could use a pink tinted cushion. However, I don’t have hyperpigmentation all over my face! The areas where most people (and I) like to tone are the areas where I don’t have hyperpigmentation (except for my cheeks, that’s where all the redness is). Even if I had completely clear skin, I still wouldn’t use it all over my face. The more layers of products you put on your skin, the cakier it’ll look.

[REVIEW] Isntree Clear Skin BHA Toner

Isntree Clear Skin Bha Toner Review

Isntree Clear Skin BHA Toner was purchased by Cosmeperks.

As soon as I read the name of this product… I wanted to buy it. I love bha and more specifically… I love salicylic acid, guess what this toner contains… nope, sadly it’s not salcylic acid however, it’s something very similar! It contains betaine Salicylate which is used as an alternative to salicylic acid!

Almost everything I’ve bought so far with salicylic acid was amazing so the chances I like this product are high. In case you’re not familiar with it, it is a gentle exfoliant that works well against certain types of acne (not mine but it seems to work nicely on my skin so I don’t really know what to believe).

[REVIEW] Innisfree My Lip Balm Rose Tea Wanna One Edition Ha Sungwoon

Innisfree My Lip Balm Rose Tea Wanna One Edition Ha Sungwoon Review

Innisfree My Lip Balm Rose Tea Wanna One Edition Ha Sungwoon Review:

Getting my hands on this product was extremely hard. To get it you had to preorder it however, only people living in Korea could preorder- and I live nowhere near Korea. I would google the product daily because I had to get it. To my surprise, one day an online shopping site started selling these and I finally got one.

I wanted to buy this lip balm no matter what the cost would be. I also had no idea about the product itself except of the Wanna One members on them, which is the reason I got so passionate about getting it. You see, I’m a HUGE fangirl and my bias is no one other than Ha Sungwoon, a member of wanna one and hotshot (my favorite band yay! Listen to their music and you won’t regret it).

LEADERS Clinic Step Solution Shining Effect Brightening Ex Black Pearl Mask Review

LEADERS Clinic Step Solution Shining Effect Brightening Ex Black Pearl Mask Review:

Leaders is one of the first brands I discovered when I got into Asian beauty. Everyone seems to looove the brand. This is the first mask I’ve tried from them so I’m pretty excited hehe. Of course, I’ve got my hopes very high because of that and fingers crossed, it’ll be great.. I specifically chose this one because it looks fun, not because of the ingredients.

[REVIEW] Forencos Volcanic Ash Detox Sheet Mask

Forencos Volcanic Ash Detox Sheet Mask Review

Forencos Volcanic Ash Detox Sheet Mask Review:

I bought this mask because its ingredients really appealed to me. I keep using the masks from welcos that contain volcanic ash from Jeju and they’re my holy grail sheet masks so I was really curious to see if I’d like this one as much.
To shortly sum it up, volcanic ash can be found anywhere near a volcano and people have been using it for cosmetic purposes since the prehistoric eras. It has many benefits for the skin as it can help healing rashes, blemishes, wrinkles, eczema, psoriasis, and even stretch acne.

[REVIEW] Duft & Doft beVERYclear Peeling Gel

Duft & Doft beVERYclear Peeling Gel Review

Duft & Doft beVERYclear Peeling Gel Review:

My favorite part of skincare is exfoliating. It’s fun but also very important. Exfoliating takes away a lot of things that shouldn’t be on the skin. In my opinion, it is a vital part on everyone’s routine. I remember reading an interview of the group kard on allure (yeah I know, it doesn’t really add up), and the members said the one step they can’t go without is exfoliating. If I can trust someone’s advice, that’s people with flawless skin.

I’ve been wanting to try this type of peel for years since it is less harsh on the skin than normal (not chemical) peels and it’s veeery satisfying to see more and more gunk coming out of the skin. I was in between this one and the secret key lemon peel but I decided on this one since it contains AHA, an ingredient that’s very famous for working well against acne.

[REVIEW] Mamonde AC Balance Emulsion

Mamonde AC Balance Emulsion Review

Mamonde AC Balance Emulsion Review:

I bought this emulsion mostly because I wanted to try something from Mamonde, since I keep seeing products of theirs but have no idea how they really are. This emulsion and collection attracted me because it contains BHA, Salicilyc Acid (my fav ingredient), this ingredient is known to work effectively against acne and breakouts. It’s basically an exfoliant but not harsh. You have no idea it’s working until you see it on your face!
