[REVIEW] Beauty Creations Tease Me Eyeshadow Palette

Beauty Creations Tease Me Eyeshadow Palette Review:

Recently I see a lot of brands, either a luxury brands or drugstore to indie brands are releasing their own version of eyeshadow palettes. As a collector, I really want to try them all but my sight goes to a brand new palette from Beauty Creations because the color scheme is really pretty.

Beauty Creations is a affordable brand from the US and I don’t know exactly if they are an indie brand or a drugstore brand because I can’t find full information about them but we can get their products directly from their website. They are quite well known because their products are really eye-catching and budget-friendly. I saw some of big Youtubers talking about them as well.

Beauty Creations Tease Me Eyeshadow Palette Review:

I tried some of their eyeshadow palette before and I have to say they are not bad at all. The pigmentation is pretty good but some of the matte shades need more effort to blend but that doesn’t stop me from trying their newest palette from their collection.

Beauty Creations Tease Me Eyeshadow Palette Review

The eyeshadows are placed in a cardbox packaging with a very feminine design. On the back part you can see the list of the ingredients along with information of how much product contain in the palette. On the palette they use a magnet so you can open it and close it easily but I don’t think this type of packaging is safe for travelling as the magnet can be loose and making the palette can’t be closed properly.

It also has a mirror inside which I love because I hate if I have to use another mirror while using an eyeshadow palette because it’s not efficient. The mirror is quite huge and I think it’s a plus point for a palette as affordable as this one (because sometimes we know even luxury brands didn’t put a mirror inside!).

Based on the color scheme, I love how they put the shades that can be worn together and matches for every skin tone especially the shade Lies. It’s hard for me to find a good skin-tone shade so it’s a good surprise to finally find a shade that won’t be too pale or too dark for setting my eye primer.

Beauty Creations Tease Me Eyeshadow Palette Review

Tease Me has 18 shades, 10 matte shades and 8 shimmer/metallic shades. From the color scheme, I love how it has metallic bold shades yet still look wearable on the lids. I can’t even say anything negative for the metallic shades because they are so good and pigmented!

They have creamy texture and feels so soft if you touch them with your finger but the pigmentation is on another level. Even my other palettes can’t beat the metallic shades in this palette. To use it, I used my finger and tap it on the center of my lids. That way I can get the best pigmentation and they are easier to blend as well.

For the shimmer shades, they are not as good as the metallic one but if they are used with a wet brush, they will show up more on the lids. I’m not a fan of using a wet brush for my eyeshadows though so the shimmer shades are not my favorite but they are easy to blend so I think they are not too bad.

For the matte shades, I can say I’m disappointed with most of them especially for N*des and Orga*m (they have such weird names). They have poor pigmentations and hard to blend. They are so patchy and doesn’t show up well on my eyelids. They are too sheer to use on the crease.

My favorite shades from the mattes are Blissfull and Seduce Me. Those are your plain brown shades but they work amazingly on the lids! They have good pigmentation and pretty easy to blend which I think is a must for a transition shade.

In my opinion these eyeshadows work pretty nice and they have good lasting power even without a primer. I have very oily lids so I’m happy with this palette performance. They can stay on my lids for all day with just a little bit of creasing but for the price, I think it’s fair.

Will I repurchase? Maybe no because even though they have good performance, I mainly use this palette because of the metallic shades. But I really recommend it for others who love bold metallic shades and long lasting eyeshadow palette.
