[Review] Benton Honest TT Mist

Benton Honest TT Mist Review:

The summer heat is driving me nuts. It’s making me uncomfortable and icky most times so I have this urge to wash myself (hands, face and whatnot) as much as I can –funny thing is, I feel this whenever I am outside so water and soap may not be really available at all times. Some prefer to freshen up with wet wipes but I find it sticky even if you say that these wipes were practically soaked in water. I can do with alcohol even if they are drying but it only applies to my body parts. Now, what about my face? Logically, I searched for a good facial mist and that is how I found Benton Honest TT Mist.

Benton Honest TT Mist Review:

One of the considerations as to why I picked this product is because of its’ packaging –contrary to the traditional facial mists that comes in a tin spray can, this product comes in plastic tube which makes it so light, I can simply toss it in my bag without worrying about its weight.

Benton Honest TT Mist Review

Its packaging is quite unique because the tube itself resembles one of toothpaste’s only you can find a nozzle at the end of the tube. Unlike the mainstream facial mists that comes in a plastic bottle, you cannot twist-open this tube which is good if you ask me –now I don’t have to worry of spilling or even product contamination!

I honestly think that Benton Honest TT Mist’s packaging is pure genius; the nozzle, however, not so much. The nozzle squeezes out a lot of product I reckon because it honestly feels like tiny hands have splattered water on your face. I wish they have made the mist a bit finer; personally speaking, I have no issues with it since I don’t really use too much makeup and I could just spritz this from a far but I am raising this issue for people, who do full makeup. I am afraid it could quite mess up foundation or anything you’re wearing that isn’t waterproof.

Benton Honest TT Mist Review

This product is a colorless liquid; I’ve been sniffing it for days to try and detect something but to no avail. I expected it to be minty or smell a little like nature but it seems really odorless to me.

Moreover, since my skin is a little more sensitive than usual due to heat, I am really wary of the stuff I use especially when it comes with my face. I refrain from using products that are too acidic or alkaline for I want my skin to behave as normal.as possible. I am happy to report that Benton Honest TT Mist falls on the skin pH range!

Benton Honest TT Mist Review

Does Benton Honest TT Mist improve my rough and damaged skin? It does, somehow. Does it calm my redness? I’m afraid not. But I am totally okay with that because the reason as to why I got this in the first place is just to freshen up and it does its job well at that. I find myself spraying my face quite a lot and I’m afraid that this tube won’t even last me long!

It is a nice product for when my skin feels sticky or thirsty. It is a very good product for when you need a quick fix. I spray this on my face before cushion foundation and even use it before my essence for when I have to make sure that there won’t be makeup residues on my face.

Overall, I like this product! It is pretty much versatile, heck, I even find it handy for when I am working on papers and I feel sleepy, works like coffee. ☺ Kidding aside, it is a nice product to have because you can freshen up minus all the hullabaloos.

I would honestly repurchase this had I not realized that it is not economical. I have been quite addicted to spraying this on my face, I honestly don’t feel that a 40 ml of a product would even last me a month. I feel that this product would work with any skin type but please do not depend on its moisturizing ability especially if you have really dry skin.

  1. Hi! Do you think the spray nozzle can be removed and the plastic tube refilled once the product has been used up? I’m thinking of refilling it with other mist products if possible. Thank you!

    • Hi there! I dont think this packaging is refillable like your common atomizer. I’ve tried opening it before to decant NR Aloe Mist but I couldnt. I was gonna check now but I’ve lost this spray already.
