[REVIEW] Secret Key Lemon Sparkling Peeling Pad

Secret Key Lemon Sparkling Peeling Pad Review

Secret Key Lemon Sparkling Peeling Pad Review:

Yay, it’s a Secret Key product again for me! I’ve always find their products are attractive, mainly because its down-to-earth price doesn’t mean a ‘just so-so’ quality. I was looking for a new physical exfoliator product back then, since my previous one almost wore off, and I found the method of using peeling pads was quite interesting.

There were a lot of options, though, from Neogen to COSRX, but I finally bought this one : Secret Key Lemon Sparkling Peeling Pad. It was due to the price, honestly *chuckling* and the fact that Secret Key Lemon Sparkling Peeling Gel from the same line was perfect for me.

[REVIEW] Purito Centella Green Level Eye Cream

Purito Centella Green Level Eye Cream Review

Purito Centella Green Level Eye Cream Review:

I first heard of Purito on an online forum, and at first the cute name sparked my interest but I didn’t think too much more about the brand. It was only when I was on the hunt for a new eye cream that I came across Purito again. It’s my habit to look up a bunch of products and then look at the ingredients and to see if there are any reviews about them too. I noticed that all the reviews I found raved about this eye cream and most people seemed to find it worked really well for them.

Naturally I wanted to try it as well, but it was only when I realized it had peptides and 49% centella asiatica that I finally decided to order it. It seemed to work well for other people at moisturizing their undereye area and I hoped it would work well for me too. Often, I find my sunscreen dries out the undereye area and causes fine lines (they only appear with some sunscreens) so I really want to find an eye cream that can combat this problem. Of course, it’s not something that can be resolved so quickly, but now that I’ve almost finished the tube I should be able to see some kind of result, right?

[REVIEW] SECRET KEY Starting Treatment Eye Cream

SECRET KEY Starting Treatment Eye Cream Review

SECRET KEY Starting Treatment Eye Cream Review:

I’ve never thought that using an eye cream is crucial before. For me, it’s just a secondary, even tertiary needs. I personally thought that having enough sleep is the best cure for tired, puffy eyes with dark circles. It’s the same with eye wrinkles – no one could stop your aging skin, including the usage of eye creams. However, those ‘immature’ thoughts were when I still had no problems with my around-eyes skin. I’ve always had dark circles due to sleeping habits since high school era, so it didn’t bother me. But approximately earlier this year, I found some fine eye wrinkles and I panicked! I was only mid 20s and I’m having wrinkles? Uh, a big no!

I realized and decided that I should treat my around-eye skin better. Of course I should repair my sleeping habits, but I guess using outside treatment is gonna help too. Then, I decided to try SECRET KEY Starting Treatment Eye Cream.

Why SECRET KEY Starting Treatment Eye Cream out of many eye creams? First, I’ve tried the SECRET KEY Starting Treatment line before (Starting Treatment Essence and Starting Treatment Cream) and both of them worked very well on me. I believe their galactomyces content is somehow works compatible with my skin.

[REVIEW] Heimish Low pH Hydrating Mask Sheet

Heimish Low pH Hydrating Mask Sheet Review

Heimish Low pH Hydrating Mask Sheet Review:

Doesn’t this product name make you curious? As a matter of fact, it does to me. Heimish Low pH Hydrating Mask Sheet emphasizes to have pH level of 5.5 (±0.5) that even the cover is full of number 5 and 5 linked, not the brand or product name like other sheet masks.

Moreover, I had no experience with Heimish products before. So I got attracted to (1) Heimish brand, and (2) how it claims to make skin healthy by giving the dream skin which pH level is 5 – 6.

[REVIEW] Neogen Dermalogy Real Cica Pad

Neogen Dermalogy Real Cica Pad Review

Neogen Dermalogy Real Cica Pad Review:

This review has been a long time coming since I first bought it when it first launched in Seoul earlier this year. Unfortunately, as this tub is quite bulky and I couldn’t bring it with me on some trips, it led to inconsistent use, so I allowed ample time for me to use it consistently before I decided to finally sit down and offer my thoughts on this raved about product. I’m not one to give in to much hype, but when I was caught up in the “cica craze”, this product seemed like a total must have product, what with its claims and nice ingredients list. But, did it live up to my expectations?

iUNIK Propolis Vitamin Synergy Serum Review

iUNIK Propolis Vitamin Synergy Serum Review:

It is a constant struggle to find something for my dehydrated yet oily skin. Since I loved the COSRX ultimate moisturizing honey mask so much, I decided to search online for propolis related serums or moisturizers. That is when I found the iUNIK propolis serum! I was impressed by their high percentage of propolis extract at 70% for their affordable price at 22SGD (US16) dollars, and decided to take the plunge and purchase it for myself!

[REVIEW] Femmue Repairing Creamy Foam Cleanser

Femmue Repairing Creamy Foam Cleanser Review

Femmue Repairing Creamy Foam Cleanser Review:

I bought this on my visit to their store a million years ago, and oddly enough I used it fast once I actually started using it. This whole tube lasted me… around two months? Which is quite fast for a foam cleanser. The design is beautiful, the promises are nice, and the brand is a favorite of mine so, of course, after using it I had to write about it.

[REVIEW] Purito Defence Barrier pH Cleanser

Purito Defence Barrier pH Cleanser Review

Purito Defence Barrier pH Cleanser Review:

Purito is a Korean brand that’s been making waves recently, mostly online in the Instagram beauty community, at least from what I’ve seen. Touting itself as brand with “safe and honest ingredients that everyone – friends, family, and even babies – can have faith in”, I have to say that they’ve set some pretty high standards for themselves.

So while I can see that the ingredients used in their products seem promising, you can never know how a product would work for you unless you try it for yourselves. Which is why when I received this as a gift from a friend for my birthday, I was delighted and intrigued. But does this cleanser live up to Purito’s claim of being mild and sensitive-skin friendly?

[REVIEW] The Saem Eco Earth Power Green Sun Cream SPF50 PA++++

The Saem Eco Earth Power Green Sun Cream SPF50 PA++++ Review

The Saem Eco Earth Power Green Sun Cream SPF50 PA++++ Review:

I’ve been using The Saem’s Pink sun cream for almost a year now, and you can say that while I’ve grown bored of it, it’s still the one sunscreen that I always reach for. Earlier this year when I went to order it, I noticed that The Saem had a couple of different sunscreens, ones that I had never seen before, namely this green sun cream. Naturally, I looked it up and found that the ingredients looked very similar to the pink one.

Because I find the pink one a bit drying in winter, I wondered whether the green version would be more moisturizing and better for winter than the pink version. I decided to try the green version out after noticing that titanium dioxide was higher up in the ingredients list than in the pink version. Mostly I just decided to try it out because I was feeling bored with the pink version of the sunscreen.
