[REVIEW+SWATCHES] New 2018 Peripera Ink The Gelato 01 Lively Red

Peripera Ink The Gelato 01 Lively Red Review

Peripera Ink The Gelato 01 Lively Red Review:

I’m surprised by how Peripera keeps releasing a new lip tint collection and this time they (once again) extended the Ink Tint family. If I remember correctly, they launched the Sugar Glow Tint just a few months ago but now they launch another collection called Ink The Gelato.

From the website, the Ink The Gelato is described as a ‘gelato like lip lacquer’ and it has a non-drying matte finish. In this new collection, they have 5 shades as usual and I’m sure they will add more shades in the future if this lip tint sells well on the market (and guess what, they already have 2 new shades for summer!).

Because it’s a very new product, I have a hard time in finding my local seller who sell it but I’m lucky to be able to purchase one when my trusted seller put it on sale. I got mine in shade 01 Lively Red but they also have a coral, pink, orange, and deep red shade as well. From the shade range, I think it’s a basic Korean lip tint shades.

[REVIEW+ALL SWATCHES] New 2018 IOPE Perfect Cover Cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ 21 Light Beige

New 2018 IOPE Perfect Cover Cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ 21 Light Beige Review

New 2018 IOPE Perfect Cover Cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ 21 Light Beige was purchased by Cosmeperks.

When I saw this cushion the first time I was completely head over heels. Is it because I loved the Laneige Layering Cover Cushion and this one claimed to do the same? Is it because Shin Min Ah is the new face of IOPE and she’s my favorite woman in Korea and even my boyfriend calls her “the lady you like”? Or is it because I love cushions and can’t live without them? Regardless of the reason, I was thankful for the opportunity to try it and very excited about it. I have been using it for a long long time, and can give you a full review.

[REVIEW] CLIO Dermatory Allantoin Hypoallergenic Moisturizing Emollient

CLIO Dermatory Allantoin Hypoallergenic Moisturizing Emollient Review

Dermatory Allantoin Hypoallergenic Moisturizing Emollient was purchased by Cosmeperks.

Because my skin is dry and dehydrated, I’ve long known that I need some kind of emulsion or emollient in my routine. Honestly, every thing I’ve tried until now hasn’t really done that much for my skin. Which is why I haven’t tried any for a while especially since because I didn’t think I needed one during summer. However, now that it’s autumn I thought it’s a perfect time to start looking for one to use during winter.

At first glance I thought this Dermatory emollient didn’t look any different from any other emulsion I’ve used before and I wondered if it was very similar to the Dr. Jart one, if it was just Clio trying to create a dupe or something similar. However, once I looked at the Dermatory website and saw how it was free of 20 harmful ingredients and that it contained shea butter, allantoin and ceramides I became interested to see how it well it works. According to Dermatory it also should be soothing and help to repair the moisture barrier, well I’ve read that from many products before and few actually seem to live up to that claim. So, from the start I was skeptical and unsure if I could believe those claims yet hopeful, so read on to see if I was disappointed or happy in the end.

[REVIEW] Duft & Doft beVERYclear Peeling Gel

Duft & Doft beVERYclear Peeling Gel Review

Duft & Doft beVERYclear Peeling Gel Review:

My favorite part of skincare is exfoliating. It’s fun but also very important. Exfoliating takes away a lot of things that shouldn’t be on the skin. In my opinion, it is a vital part on everyone’s routine. I remember reading an interview of the group kard on allure (yeah I know, it doesn’t really add up), and the members said the one step they can’t go without is exfoliating. If I can trust someone’s advice, that’s people with flawless skin.

I’ve been wanting to try this type of peel for years since it is less harsh on the skin than normal (not chemical) peels and it’s veeery satisfying to see more and more gunk coming out of the skin. I was in between this one and the secret key lemon peel but I decided on this one since it contains AHA, an ingredient that’s very famous for working well against acne.

[REVIEW] KICHO Sheep Oil Cream Lanolin & 8 Berry

KICHO Sheep Oil Cream Lanolin & 8 Berry Review

KICHO Sheep Oil Cream Lanolin & 8 Berry Review:

I got this product last year in Spring. I was super excited because I had read so many reviews of how amazing it is, and how it is a Holy Grail for so many Korean Beauty enthusiasts! I loved my Guerisson Horse Oil cream and had just finished it when I got my hands on this. Now, I admit I already knew the Guerisson one was too moisturizing for Spring and Summer, but it was perfect for Winter. With it’s snail and oil it made my skin great during that horrible season.

So I saved this Kicho Sheep Oil cream until Winter started and tried it then! Now, at the end of Winter, I have a full review and an empty pot of cream.

[REVIEW] Goodal Waterest Lasting Water Oil

Goodal Waterest Lasting Water Oil Review

Goodal Waterest Lasting Water Oil Review:

Because my skin is so horribly dehydrated I spent quite a lot of time online reading reviews and searching for some kind of magical product to fix my dehydrated skin. Over the course of a year, I realized no one product was going to do that, but that didn’t stop me from reading about products that sounded like they would at least help. That was how I first heard of this Goodal water oil, with its unusual name.

Despite the confusing name, it seemed as if this product worked miracles for other people’s dehydrated skin which made me very curious to see whether it’s magic would work on me as well. I later found out that it had been reformulated a few times, and so I was unsure if it was as good as the original water oil, but that was half the fun – testing it out for myself to see whether this was going to be a miracle product for me or not.

[REVIEW] Etude House Honey Cera Wrapping Mask

Etude House Honey Cera Wrapping Mask Review

Etude House Honey Cera Wrapping Mask Review:

I’ve faithfully been using the Cosrx honey sleeping mask for a long time, when one day I saw that Etude House had one in their Honey Cera line. I became curious to see how I would like the Etude House mask, since I’ve been a fan of the Cosrx one for a long time. I wasn’t expecting them to be similar at all, but the honey and ceramides drew me to try the Etude House.

I had not heard anything about this mask, so I wanted to try it just because it comes in a larger size and I needed a change from the usual sleeping pack that I use.  What I failed to realize until I had ordered it – was that this mask was actually a wash off mask and not a sleeping pack, unlike the Cosrx one. So can it be used as a sleeping pack or is it purely only a wash off mask, read on to see…

[REVIEW] Soo Nature Spirulina Repair Eye Cream

Soo Nature Spirulina Repair Eye Cream Review

Soo Nature Spirulina Repair Eye Cream Review:

Spirulina! That weird thing even Miranda Kerr drinks. This product is the pride and joy of Soo Nature, they advertise it as if they were the only brand in the world to use it! And, honestly, they have a good reason to do that since in Korean Skincare there’s almost nothing out there that includes spirulina.

When it comes to Korean skincare, that is. I mean, French people do brag about how good it is, so why wouldn’t this brand? After using this cream for a long while, I have to say I understand why they do it. Did you try spirulina yet?

[REVIEW] Etude House Honey Cera Nourishing Cream

Etude House Honey Cera Nourishing Cream Review

Etude House Honey Cera Nourishing Cream Review:

I’m not a fan of eating honey – but I’m a huge fan of honey in creams or moisturizers, so when Etude House came out with this honey cera line I was immediately curious about it. I was lucky enough to receive a sample pack from Etude House with four mini sizes from the line, which was where I first tried this cream. Because it only contained a 5ml sample of the cream, I wasn’t able to see how well it would work. Instead I got to see the texture, and feel what the cream was like – which made me instantly want to buy it so I could test it out.

I also had tried the emulsion, which was okay but the cream was instant love. For a long time, I’ve been looking for a heavier cream to use at night, and so the tiny sample made me realize that for once I had found a cream that seemed heavier than most of the creams. The fact that the honey cera line is designed for dry skinned people, made me certain that this cream might actually be the one I was looking for.
