[REVIEW] Laneige Water Bank Gel Cream

Laneige Water Bank Gel Cream Review

Laneige Water Bank Gel Cream Review:

Okay, so this is not a new product. But it is a classic from the permanent and most famous collection of Laneige. And I can’t believe it took me 4 years to try this! I am disappointed in myself and so surprised with this cream, if you don’t have dry skin I would definitely suggest you at least pay attention to this cream if given a chance to try it.

[REVIEW] Neogen Dermalogy Real Cica Pad

Neogen Dermalogy Real Cica Pad Review

Neogen Dermalogy Real Cica Pad Review:

This review has been a long time coming since I first bought it when it first launched in Seoul earlier this year. Unfortunately, as this tub is quite bulky and I couldn’t bring it with me on some trips, it led to inconsistent use, so I allowed ample time for me to use it consistently before I decided to finally sit down and offer my thoughts on this raved about product. I’m not one to give in to much hype, but when I was caught up in the “cica craze”, this product seemed like a total must have product, what with its claims and nice ingredients list. But, did it live up to my expectations?

[REVIEW] FLOWFUSHI 38ºC Lip Treatment +1ºC Natural Baby Pink

FLOWFUSHI 38ºC Lip Treatment +1ºC Natural Baby Pink Review

FLOWFUSHI 38ºC Lip Treatment +1ºC Natural Baby Pink Review:

Winter is coming, and with that brings cold and dry weather — the worst possible combination that is guaranteed to wreak havoc on my already constantly-dry lips.

During these months, I put away almost all my lip makeup — there’s no point in wearing lipstick when it’s only going to come off in patches of dry lip skin (ew!) by midday. Don’t even get me started on re-application; there’s no way that will go smoothly (both literally and figuratively).

The FLOWFUSHI 38ºC Lip Treatment has been highly raved about as an effective treatment that also doubles as a tinted gloss to give a bit of oomph to the lips. It has an interesting concept — basing its entire line of these lip products on temperature as well as focusing on bacteria on the skin to enhance lip color.

How did it fare?

[REVIEW+SWATCHES] TONYMOLY Liptone Get It Tint S 04 Red Hot & 05 Oh My Rose

TONYMOLY Liptone Get It Tint S 04 Red Hot & 05 Oh My Rose Review

TONYMOLY Liptone Get It Tint S 04 Red Hot & 05 Oh My Rose Review:

As a huge fan of Korean boy group Monsta X, imagine how excited I am when TonyMoly announced that they will be collaborating with them! I’m not the one who love Tony Moly lip tints, in fact I rarely used their products and this would be my first time in trying their infamous Get It Tint series. I asked my friend who was in Korea to help me get it and I heard that the tints sold out right after it was released offline so it’s really a hard to find them on stores.

From what I heard before, the Get It Tint is really popular both nationally and internationally. It’s really popular even Tony Moly decided to release the HD and Velvet version but the original one is still the most popular to this day. My friends said that the tint is one of the best tints they’ve ever tried, but the main reason I got these tints is because I want the bonus (Tony Moly gave Monsta X photo cards and postcards for every lip tint purchase) so I got myself 2 of the tints.

The tints are available in 6 shades and based on some info I read on Twitter, some of the shades are either a remake or just added to the collection but with Monsta X name on it. I searched about it and I did find the same shades on their Get It Lip tint release so if you already have the older release, do check it first or you may end up with same shades.

[REVIEW] The Face Shop Jeju Volcanic Lava Pore Daily Mask Foam

The Face Shop Jeju Volcanic Lava Pore Daily Mask Foam Review

The Face Shop Jeju Volcanic Lava Pore Daily Mask Foam Review:

I got this product a long while back but then I bought other clay masks I really loved and never really got to even try this mask. It also is a clay mask, sort of like a melting clay mask, but mainly it’s a daily clay mask! Most of them are meant to be used two times per week.

So when I read this (when I finally paid attention) it intrigued me and I wanted to use this mask starting right then. I guess it’s one of the best instances of shopping my stash! And although it’s no magical wonder it is a very good mask and it also taught me about other clay masks. Not to mention it’s a mask and a cleanser all at once!

[REVIEW] Missha Glow Skin Balm

Missha Glow Skin Balm Review

Missha Glow Skin Balm was purchased by Cosmeperks.

Not too long ago, Missha has launched a new collection called ‘Glow Skin’ and the collection consists of a foundation, a skin balm, a lip & cheek tint, and a tension pact. If I’m not mistaken, the collection’s purpose is for dry skin because fall and winter is coming and that’s when our skin become drier and drier (but sadly I live in a tropical country so we have no season here).

I really want to try the foundation but a lot of reviews were saying that it was too oily if you have oily skin so I didn’t get it and purchased the lip & cheek tint instead. But suddenly Nigama offered me to try the Glow Skin Balm and I’m so thankful! Since its main purpose is for dry skin, I can’t wait to see what it will looks like on my oily skin.

I’m not sure either if it’s a skin primer or a moisturizer, but when I searched about it online, most of the online shops described it as a skin primer. Missha made it only in one type (where other brands usually make it in 3 variants according to skin’s problem) and I think this primer is meant only for making your skin look luminous and feel hydrated.

[REVIEW+SWATCHES] Labiotte Flomance Lip Color Shine PK01 Pink Dahlia

Labiotte Flomance Lip Color Shine PK01 Pink Dahlia Review

Labiotte Flomance Lip Color Shine PK01 Pink Dahlia was purchased by Cosmeperks.

So, a Korean drama, Mr. Sunshine brought me to NU’EST W (they sang the original soundtrack, by the way) and this boy band brought me to this most beautiful lip color I have ever seen. Right, currently Labiotte have NU’EST W as their models and they released super adorable lip tint few months ago.

As we know, Labiotte became very popular for their cute wine lip tint some time ago, but this new lip tint is even prettier. This Flomance Lip Color Shine is SOOOO BEAUTIFULLL!!! (sorry, Caps Lock immediately ON, lol). It comes in five pretty shades (well, actually basic shades on lip tint; red, pink and coral) and I got mine in shade PK01 – Pink Dahlia, the pink one. I really hope this product will give other ‘wow things’ aside from its gorgeous packaging because I like their wine lip tint. Well, keep scrolling down if you are curious about this cute flower tint too!

[REVIEW] A’PIEU Juicy Pang Water Blusher OR01 Apricot

A’PIEU Juicy Pang Water Blusher OR01 Apricot Review

A’PIEU Juicy Pang Water Blusher OR01 Apricot Review:

As most Asian beauty lovers know, A’PIEU is one of the most affordable road shop Korean brands out there, and quite an impressive amount of their releases are crowd favorites. Most people would know them for their Water Light Tint and their collabs, like the Gudetama and Rilakkuma ones. This Juicy Pang Blusher is one of A’PIEU’s best-selling product, too.

I have never been too keen on face makeup (other than highlighters), and I honestly never saw my own personal appeal when it comes to blushes. I was imagining how powder blushes would look on my skin, and powdery products and myself are not meant to be.

Thus, I was intrigued by A’PIEU’s Juicy Pang Blusher by the colors and the formula (and there’s something about the minimal packaging), and it was also somewhere around the time that I found myself being into the igari, boy beat, and the neutral-everything-else-but-flushed-cheeks looks and decided then that it was the best time if any to foray into blushes.

[REVIEW] Femmue Dream Glow Mask Plump and Firm

Femmue Dream Glow Mask Plump and Firm Review

Femmue Dream Glow Mask Plump and Firm Review:

Femmue (a super dreamy flower based brand that’s cruelty free, speaks English, and are super nice) has recently released not one but TWO new masks. This one, Plump and Firm, to promote elasticity, and one called Revitalize and Radiance, to promote that natural glow.

I love Femmue and these masks are… beautiful. I mean, hologram right? I have no idea what to expect, but I am very curious. Only problem? I got it first, it will start selling in December only.
