[REVIEW] New 2018 Innisfree Ato Soothing Gel | For Very Dry & Sensitive Skin

Innisfree Ato Soothing Gel Review

Innisfree Ato Soothing Gel was purchased my Cosmeperks.

I was so excited when they released this new collection! I was intrigued by the collection’s Soothing Cream and this soothing gel (I use Nature Republic’s Aloe Soothing Gel and Cactus Soothing Gel religiously – and they happened to finish coincidentally when this came out so yay opportunity!), and when Nigama suggested I try one I jumped right into this one.

I have been using it religiously on my night routine, to soothe from the aggressions of the day, and sometimes in the morning. How is it different than a normal Aloe soothing gel? You may want to check this if you use soothing gel on your face.

The cream is the last step in Etude House’s Moistfull Collagen skincare series which claims to aid in firmness, elasticity and hydration. [REVIEW] New 2018 Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum | Essence in Lotion | Skin | Cream | Cleanser | Sleeping Mask

New 2018 Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum + Essence in Lotion + Skin + Cream + Cleanser + Sleeping Mask Review

New 2018 Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum Special Set was purchased by Cosmeperks.

I met this amazing serum for the first time in 2013. I really LOVE how it worked on my skin since the first time I tried it. I think I already spent 1, 2, 3… ah, I lost my count how many bottles I’ve bought. Right, it’s Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum (the first Korean green tea skincare I’ve tried)!

This green tea serum is the world’s best seller product from Innisfree, even it’s awarded globally as best moist serum for 19 times! (well, I do know why it is). The good news, Innisfree just upgraded the formula of this lovely serum! As far as I know, they already upgraded it 3 times. In 2014, 2016 and now, the newest upgraded version in 2018!

Actually, Innisfree not only upgraded their Green Tea Seed line but also added a new product, Innisfree Green Tea Seed Essence-in-Lotion. And I extremely wanted to try everything in this line. Thankfully, they had a special set to introduce their newest formula for us. Here is New Green Tea Seed Serum Special Set which comes in a thick green box, consists of 6 products (the full size of Green Tea Seed Serum and the minis of Green Tea Seed Skin, Essence-in-Lotion, Cream, Morning Cleanser, and Sleeping Mask). Okay, get your coffee or snacks and please sit tight, it’s gonna be a long post, but I guess you are as excited as I am to try this NEW Green Tea Seed line, aren’t you?

[REVIEW] CLIO Dermatory Allantoin Hypoallergenic Moisturizing Emollient

CLIO Dermatory Allantoin Hypoallergenic Moisturizing Emollient Review

Dermatory Allantoin Hypoallergenic Moisturizing Emollient was purchased by Cosmeperks.

Because my skin is dry and dehydrated, I’ve long known that I need some kind of emulsion or emollient in my routine. Honestly, every thing I’ve tried until now hasn’t really done that much for my skin. Which is why I haven’t tried any for a while especially since because I didn’t think I needed one during summer. However, now that it’s autumn I thought it’s a perfect time to start looking for one to use during winter.

At first glance I thought this Dermatory emollient didn’t look any different from any other emulsion I’ve used before and I wondered if it was very similar to the Dr. Jart one, if it was just Clio trying to create a dupe or something similar. However, once I looked at the Dermatory website and saw how it was free of 20 harmful ingredients and that it contained shea butter, allantoin and ceramides I became interested to see how it well it works. According to Dermatory it also should be soothing and help to repair the moisture barrier, well I’ve read that from many products before and few actually seem to live up to that claim. So, from the start I was skeptical and unsure if I could believe those claims yet hopeful, so read on to see if I was disappointed or happy in the end.

[REVIEW] New Innisfree Jeju Orchid Fluid

Innisfree Jeju Orchid Fluid Review

Innisfree Jeju Orchid Fluid Review:

I was super excited when this product was announced (and later again when it came out) since fluids usually mean “reduced skin care”. Usually (and in this case) a fluid replaces everything between the cleanser and the cream. Which sounds like a super amazing idea!

I know Innisfree already had fluids before, but not from my second favorite line – and not from their most popular line. I must tell you right away, this fluid isn’t as popular as I thought it would be, and definitely not as popular as Innisfree was aiming it to be. But is it good, bad, or just suffering from bad marketing?

[REVIEW] La Roche-Posay Toleriane Soothing Protective Skincare

La Roche-Posay Toleriane Soothing Protective Skincare Review

La Roche-Posay Toleriane Soothing Protective Skincare Review:

La Roche-Posay is a famous drugstore brand from France. Their products are claimed by dermatologists and are tested on sensitive skins. And that’s the reason why I gave this one a try.

There was one time that I got a horrible breakout because of cosmetic allergy (poor me) and I decided to go to a dermatologist. She gave me an antibiotic liquid and warned that it would dry my skin. And you know, my skin was really really sensitive at that time, so she recommended me to use the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Soothing Protective Skincare to gently moisturize my skin. The name of this products may seem really weird to be honest however it does describe itself pretty exactly. We will get to that!

[REVIEW] Mizon All in One Snail Repair Cream

Mizon All in One Snail Repair Cream Review

Mizon All in One Snail Repair Cream Review:

When I first started using Korean skin care products, snail seemed to be the most amazing thing ever. I loved the first snail cream that I used, finding the texture and feel of it to be great, since then I’ve used a number of different products with snail and honestly, I’ve been a bit disappointed with them. However, I am still always willing to try another snail product because you never know when you will find the perfect snail product, or at least, that was what I hoped!

Mizon’s snail cream attracted me because it has such a high percentage of snail in it, the ones I used previously I later realized only contained minute traces of snail mucin. So, I figured this repair cream must be more effective than the snail creams I had tried before. The fact that it also comes in a tube appealed to me because I think tubes are more hygienic.

La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 Review

La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 Review:

[REVIEW] Mamonde AC Balance Emulsion

Mamonde AC Balance Emulsion Review

Mamonde AC Balance Emulsion Review:

I bought this emulsion mostly because I wanted to try something from Mamonde, since I keep seeing products of theirs but have no idea how they really are. This emulsion and collection attracted me because it contains BHA, Salicilyc Acid (my fav ingredient), this ingredient is known to work effectively against acne and breakouts. It’s basically an exfoliant but not harsh. You have no idea it’s working until you see it on your face!
