[REVIEW] MOETA Pop Devil Color Treatment Ampoule Olive Khaki

MOETA Pop Devil Color Treatment Ampoule Olive Khaki Review

MOETA Pop Devil Color Treatment Ampoule Olive Khaki Review:

The thought of dyeing my hair temporarily came when I planned to go on a short vacation. Actually there was still a trace of brownish from my last dye. Some parts of my hair was still dry and had split ends also, due to the last dye I did to my hair. So this time, I preferred to try a temporary hair colorant that wouldn’t cause more breakage and this notation came to my mind : why not trying a color treatment ampoule? Moreover, I could choose an uncommon color since it will rinsed off after 1 – 2 weeks.

It took me some weeks to contemplate between some brands, from Etude House to April Skin. However, I chose MOETA Pop Devil Color Treatment Ampoule at the end. It has more color options and much more economic too; it costs less than $8 for 30 mL and around $14 for 60 mL.

[REVIEW] Mise en Scene Perfect Repair Hair Serum

Mise en Scene Perfect Repair Hair Serum Review

Mise en Scene Perfect Repair Hair Serum Review:

For someone who’s pretty low maintenance in terms of haircare, I recall first getting this serum in hopes of taming my frizzy hair. With the heat and humidity in this country, I knew I was asking for somewhat of a miracle. In the past, I have tried a couple of serums – too heavy or made my hair oily – and even tried some kind of cream treatment for damaged hair, which made my hair super greasy. So you can kind of tell why I was hopeful, but also not when I first laid my eyes on this popular hair serum. But hey, it was worth a shot, right?

[REVIEW] Ryo Jayangyunmo Anti-hair Loss Shampoo (For Oily Scalp)

Ryo Jayangyunmo Anti-hair Loss Shampoo (For Oily Scalp) Review

Ryo Jayangyunmo Anti-hair Loss Shampoo (For Oily Scalp) Review:

I have been using Ryo Jayangyunmo Anti-hair Loss Shampoo from almost two months and I think I am good enough to write this review. If you remember my review of Ryo Jayangyunmo Anti Hair Loss Nutritive Treatment, then this is another product from the same line, it is Ryo Jayangyunmo Anti Hair Loss Shampoo. I bought this as a bundle when I repurchased the conditioner, and it was a good deal from the seller.

Ryo has some variants of Jayangyunmo Anti Hair Loss Shampoo to treat different scalp type; Normal-Dry Scalp, Oily Scalp and Sensitive Scalp. I was confused whether I should pick the oily or the sensitive one, but I ended up with the oily scalp shampoo..hhaha. As I get very good result from the conditioner, I expected this product would give a good result as well. Maybe when both of these products work together, they will give better result, right? Well, let’s see!

[REVIEW] Innisfree My Hair Recipe Refreshing Shampoo | Oily Scalp

Innisfree My Hair Recipe Refreshing Shampoo Review

Innisfree My Hair Recipe Refreshing Shampoo Review:

In my recent visit to the hair salon, my stylist did a scalp analysis for me and revealed that my scalp is oily with clogged follicles. She attributed my thinning hair to this, although I am not so certain this is indeed the cause. In any case, it got me looking more keenly at shampoos for oily scalp that helps with sebum issues.

I have had good experience with Innisfree hair products previously and am rather attracted to its new My Hair Recipe range, which claimed to use natural ingredients (from Jeju). So I decided to try out its Refreshing Shampoo meant for oily scalp.

[REVIEW] Innisfree My Hair Recipe Curl Up Hair Mist

Innisfree My Hair Recipe Curl Up Hair Mist Review

Innisfree My Hair Recipe Curl Up Hair Mist Review:

I have a long straight hair for almost a whole of my life. However, one time, I decided to give my waist-long-virgin-hair a perm, which was a big deal because I heard managing permed hair is quite… time-consuming and requires effort. Anyway, I permed my hair and the hair stylist said I have to thoroughly twist my hair while drying to make the curl showed. But well, I’m lazy.

So, when I encountered Innisfree Curl Up Hair Mist specialized for permed hair, I directly grabbed one. It is said as a finishing hair mist with a protein recipe to hold firm curls and volume for permed and curly hair. How nice (grin).

[REVIEW] RYO Jayangyunmo Anti Hair Loss Nutritive Treatment

Ryo Jayangyunmo Anti Hair Loss Nutritive Treatment Review

Ryo Jayangyunmo Anti Hair Loss Nutritive Treatment Review:

Hair fall is a serious problem for me, or if not sound too much, it is very extremely serious problem. My real bad dream is when I woke up in the morning and found dozens of hairs fell on my pillow TT And I have been suffering from this problem about a year lately. Before going too bad, I looked for powerful and great products to resolve my problem. It brought me to a Korean hair care brand, Ryo (part of AmorePacific group).

I firstly knew the brand when I watched K-Drama, Doctors, in 2016. It was shown on the drama and as guessed, the lead role actress (Park Shin Hye) is the brand ambassador of Ryo. And I was interested with the claim said it is number 1 Korean hair care brand. So I had a high expectation with this brand. I bought Ryo Jayangyunmo Anti Hair Loss Nutritive Treatment for my first product from the brand. This is the newest version from their original Jayangyunmo Anti-Hair Loss Treatment.

This is my second tube after few months using it. So, it could be guessed that I really like this product, right? But why do I like it so much? Is this product truly worth it? Let’s find the reasons out!

[REVIEW] Innisfree My Hair Recipe Repairing Conditioner

Innisfree My Hair Recipe Repairing Conditioner Review

Innisfree My Hair Recipe Repairing Conditioner Review:

Other than my problematic skin, another thing that irks me is my hair. Healthy tresses are no less important than good skin. Unfortunately, by my own doing, my hair is rather damaged after many years of rebonding, perming and colouring.  It has not helped that I had not done much aftercare to my hair after every salon procedures in the past. You know this thing about being young and thinking you are invincible? Well, so now I face the woes of lack luster hair.

Sometime this year, Innisfree launched a new line of haircare called My Hair Recipe. There are a few series for this line – Moisturizing (for dry hair), Repairing (for damaged hair), Colour Care (for coloured hair) and Curl Up (for wavy hair). So I thought I will give it a try.

[REVIEW] Piolang CP-1 Raspberry Treatment Vinegar

Piolang CP-1 Raspberry Treatment Vinegar Review

Piolang CP-1 Raspberry Treatment Vinegar Review:

I first heard of this product through my little loved group of skincare aficionados somewhere in between conversations about skin care, hair care, and random day-to-day ramblings. After reading mostly good reviews from a few of them, I decided to look up the product and soon after, decided to purchase it as it sounded promising enough to treat my “damaged” and brittle hair.

However, as even hair care runs on a YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary) basis, did this huge bottle of pink liquid do anything good to my hair as it did for my friends’?

[Review] Mediheal Hair Sheep Steam Pack

Mediheal Hair Sheep Steam Pack Review

Mediheal Hair Sheep Steam Pack Review:

I recently moved to Korea, from Phoenix, Arizona.  Although I am loving the change my hair isn’t. With much higher levels of humidity my normal conditioner just wasn’t enough to help my hair soft, and frizz free. So I set out looking for something that will tame the frizz back into the natural curls I love. I ended up picking a few things up (reviews to come) but one of my favorites is the Mediheal Hair Sheep Steam Pack. I will be honest it was the cute print that caught my attention, but after reading the claims I decided it was worth a try.
