[REVIEW] Laneige Water Bank Mineral Skin Mist

Laneige Water Bank Mineral Skin Mist Review

Laneige Water Bank Mineral Skin Mist Review:

Winter is not over yet and any moisture booster is gratefully welcome to save the dehydrated skin. Multiple skin care protection has been applied but the attack from room heater is unavoidably suck the good moisture from skin… And this is where the skin mist comes to the rescue! Yeah, I personally think the skin mist is an emergency aid anytime my skin feels tired or dry.

This product, Laneige Water Bank Mineral Skin Mist, was received as a gift from the store so it is smaller than the available size in market, only 30mL. The original price is KRW 15,000 for 60mL bottle and 24,000 for 120mL. It is said as a refreshing mist that gives tired skin a much needed boost. The Laneige Water Bank product itself has gained a really good reputation and became one of the best seller line of the renowned brand Laneige. Here is my review after using it for 2 months.

[REVIEW] Goodness Be Cool Mist Toner

Goodness Be Cool Mist Toner Review

Goodness Be Cool Mist Toner Review:

As an unfortunate member of the population with slightly dry AND sensitive skin, I was on the hunt for a toner that would not dry my skin (like most over-the-counter drug store toners do) nor cause sneaky breakouts. I was in luck when Goodness released their Be Cool Mist Toner, which is a vegan-friendly and alcohol-free toner without any nasty parabens (a bonus for an animal-rights advocate like myself)!

I decided I would give it a try – the price of $14.99 NZD was (and still is) very affordable, so no losses either way. It also comes in a spray bottle, if you want to save time and cotton pads! I also think this line of products is really emblematic of the ‘clean, green’ image New Zealand has, being a local brand. I really love the principal the Goodness company have stuck with, and it is a big part of the reason why I trust this toner – with no parabens, alcohol, or animal testing and/or ingredients. Their line of skincare is made in New Zealand as well.

[REVIEW] Innisfree My Hair Recipe Curl Up Hair Mist

Innisfree My Hair Recipe Curl Up Hair Mist Review

Innisfree My Hair Recipe Curl Up Hair Mist Review:

I have a long straight hair for almost a whole of my life. However, one time, I decided to give my waist-long-virgin-hair a perm, which was a big deal because I heard managing permed hair is quite… time-consuming and requires effort. Anyway, I permed my hair and the hair stylist said I have to thoroughly twist my hair while drying to make the curl showed. But well, I’m lazy.

So, when I encountered Innisfree Curl Up Hair Mist specialized for permed hair, I directly grabbed one. It is said as a finishing hair mist with a protein recipe to hold firm curls and volume for permed and curly hair. How nice (grin).

Innisfree Aloe Revital Skin Mist Review:

I found this product online one day as I was searching for new skin mists or misting toners. I had never tried an Innisfree product before this purchase, but I have always heard good things about them, especially in regard to their skin care products, and I had been eyeing this brand for quite some time because of this – I just did not know what to buy first! Until I found this product, that is. And boy, am I glad I did. Read on to find out why.

[Review] Cremorlab Snow Falls Essential Mist and Mineral Water

Cremorlab Snow Falls Essential Mist and Mineral Water Review

Cremorlab Snow Falls Essential Mist and Mineral Water Review:

When I went to the store I couldn’t decide which one to take, so I bought both of them. True story! I noticed a few differences, other than the size and color and the smell, but they were really similar so I couldn’t decide. After using the both of them for a while I can say with all clarity what the differences are, even though they were really small in the beginning I think I can help you tell these two products apart now.

[Review] Pyunkang Yul Mist Toner

Pyunkang Yul Mist Toner Review

Pyunkang Yul Mist Toner Review:

I have been looking for the mist that will alleviate my skin’s need to get thirsty, angry and dull during the day. I swear I don’t have the same skin in the morning and in the afternoon. It’s two creatures of different kinds. One is nice, supple and well nourished, and the other is, well, nothing of that.

[Review] Tonymoly ICE Aloe Soothing Cooler

Tonymoly ICE Aloe Soothing Cooler Review

Tonymoly ICE Aloe Soothing Cooler was purchased by Cosmeperks.

The thing that was intriguing about this product at first is that when they advertised it, it looked like a mist of some sort, but on the (poor quality) photos and video it looked like a foam. Also, they didn’t say exactly what it did, but you could see on the package that it lowers your skin temperature almost 10 Celsius degrees! Those who live in a humid and hot country like Korea (I miss Portugal in the summer, it’s just hot, not humid, so if you find shadow and you’re fine) need to find resources such as this. Because you can’t hide from the heat, the humidity makes sure it reaches everywhere!

So, I went to the store, grabbed one, and started studying it.

[Review] Nature Republic Aloe Vera 92% Soothing Gel Mist

Nature Republic Aloe Vera 92% Soothing Gel Mist Review

Nature Republic Aloe Vera 92% Soothing Gel Mist Review:

If I get really famous one day and someone actually asked me to do a “what’s in your bag” episode you would found that anti-histamines is definitely a staple! You see, I am pretty much allergic; to what, exactly, I could not tell either nor the dermatologist that I have visited before but it has been the case since I was a kid and I’ve been so used to carrying anti-histamine in my pouch.

I would usually get red patches (sometimes without even realizing because most of the time, they aren’t even itchy) and my condition is being aggravated by the summer heat. Considering how sensitive my skin could get, I shy away from lotion, body creams or any other stuff that you slather on your body for extra moisture.

Besides, I am not comfortable on wearing such because they are so thick and way too heavy for my liking. But then again, there are times when I get really dry patches so I keep myself open for products that may alleviate my condition sans le grease.

And that’s exactly how I found Nature Republic Aloe Vera Soothing Gel –hold your horses, I am not reviewing that! ☺ The aforementioned product seems alright for me but I generally dislike stuff that comes in tub because I find them unhygienic and I don’t really feel like carrying a bulky tub around so I was pretty ecstatic when I found that the famous Aloe Gel also comes in mist form! Let’s see if I’ve come like Nature Republic Aloe Vera 92% Soothing Gel Mist as much as the original form.
