[REVIEW] NEOGENCE N3 Tea Tree Purifying Mask Sheet

NEOGENCE N3 Tea Tree Purifying Mask Sheet Review

NEOGENCE N3 Tea Tree Purifying Mask Sheet Review:

Neogence proclaims itself as one of the top derma skincare brands from Taiwan, which was founded by experts in dermatology, biotechnology, and pharmaceutics. Despite my unfamiliarity with this Neogence brand, I was quite interested to try since it states clearly about these features: MI/MCI free, heavy metals free, fragrance free, dye free, paraben free, and no animal testing.

Moreover, I found many positive reviews about this brand as well as the popularity. Looks like Neogence itself is quite popular among Taiwanese, since Taiwan is where this brand comes from. Then I decided to buy two variants at once; NEOGENCE N3 Marigold Soothing Mask and NEOGENCE N3 Tea Tree Purifying Mask.

[REVIEW] Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask Coconut

Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask Coconut Review

Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask Coconut Review:

I don’t think I need to introduce Innisfree, because I think they are a well-known brand that everyone has at least heard of, right? I actually haven’t used too many of their products, but when I’m visiting Seoul, I still like to look around their stores. Their packaging and products look incredibly beautiful, and I’m always tempted to buy and try many things. Anyway, at the end of the year I visited an Innisfree store, wanting to buy sheet masks!

I was especially looking for masks that are different from the varieties I could get from Etude House. Etude House sheet masks are my favorite, if I’m honest. But they don’t have all the varieties and flavors, so as soon as I saw these coconut masks at Innisfree, I had to buy it. After all, I’m a huge fan of coconut – the scent, as a food/drink, etc.

I’ll admit it was a purchase I made without knowing a thing about the ingredients, or anything like that. I did read it was good for dry skin, so I bought two of them to try. Coconut for me is also really nostalgic and makes me think of my childhood, so I really can’t help but fall for coconut related things! I was really hoping this would have a delicious coconut scent/smell, and that I would instantly love it… read on to see what I thought about it.

[REVIEW] KEEP COOL Ocean Intensive Hydrating Mask

KEEP COOL Ocean Intensive Hydrating Mask Review

KEEP COOL Ocean Intensive Hydrating Mask Review:

KEEP COOL is a Korean brand under Samsung Medicos, Co. Ltd. that might not be popular among the world. Well, at least I haven’t heard this brand before, until I accidentally found its account on Instagram. KEEP COOL managed to catch my eyes since it has soft, pastel-dominated colors and safe ingredients claims. Actually this ‘KEEP COOL and Ocean’ is one of their three skincare lines beside ‘KEEP COOL and Shine’ and ‘KEEP COOL and Soothe’. While I personally would rather try the ‘KEEP COOL and Shine’ line due to its target (for dull skin and brightening result), I only had the chance to try ‘KEEP COOL and Ocean’ line (whose target is for dry skin and moisturizing result). Not that I’m complaining, though, since KEEP COOL isn’t sold widely outside South Korea and I realize I might not have any chances to try their products again in the future. So, let’s check the review out!

KEEP COOL and Ocean Mask accentuates to have ‘Super-Thin Second Skin Sheet’ and contain ‘Nature Happiness Recipe’ (Seawater, Spirulina, Chlorella, Glasswort, and Green Confertii from deep coastal water). Thus, you might wonder what’s behind the brand, why ‘KEEP COOL’? Turns out one notable highlight is to be the ‘cool keeper’, since KEEP COOL always adds Scutellaria Baicalensis, Lonicerae Flos, and Forsythia Fruit that are well-known to have natural fever reducing effect that cools down skin and maintain best skin condition.

Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Asiatica 2 Step Mask Review

Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Asiatica 2 Step Mask Review:

With the centella/cica hype booming so suddenly the past couple of years, I started to see this brand everywhere, with the centella ampoule as its main breakout star. But while I’ve not had the chance to try that product from Skin1004, I think this 2-step mask would be a decent gauge of how this product line would work for me. So, let’s see, shall we?

[REVIEW] 16BRAND 16 Skin Guide Book Marine Collagen Shower Mask

16 Brand 16 Skin Guide Book Marine Collagen Shower Review

16BRAND 16 Skin Guide Book Marine Collagen Shower Mask was purchased Cosmeperks.

I have been dying to try 16Brand/Chosungah products so I jumped when the chance was given to me. I also purchased one of their famous tiny eyeshadow brushes, but that is a different story.

This mask’s design is attractive and the promises are tempting. The brand is well known in Korea for its quality, so even if you don’t try it yourself you should at least read this.

[REVIEW] Dr. MORITA Egg Shell Membrane & Sake Yeast Essence Moisturizing Facial Mask

Dr MORITA Egg Shell Membrane Sake Yeast Essence Moisturizing Facial Mask Review

Dr. MORITA Egg Shell Membrane & Sake Yeast Essence Moisturizing Facial Mask Review:

Honestly, Dr. Morita mask had already caught my attention by the first time I entered every Taiwan drugstore. Dr. Morita really does a good job providing the mask sheet enthusiasts, as there are soooo many ranges and variants of Dr. Morita masks. And, as if the various ranges aren’t interesting enough, they also come in eye-catching packaging.

While at first Dr. Morita’s constant paraben content makes me in doubt whether I should try the products or not, I finally decided to give this a try : Dr. Morita Egg Shell Membrane & Sake Yeast Essence Moisturizing Facial Mask. Why this one? Well, this variant has a bright yellow cover which is very appealing, and the main component – egg shell membrane – is quite unique for me. So, it’s mask sheet time!

[REVIEW] Celderma Make Up Quick Priming Mask

Celderma Make Up Quick Priming Mask Review

Celderma Make Up Quick Priming Mask Review:

I will come right out and say it: I’m not sure I buy this whole priming mask thing. But I am very intrigued by it being a quick mask that is done in up to five minutes, and that is an enough selling point for me! Of course I will be judging it also regarding the priming abilities and it better surprise me because if it has priming in the name I expect it to do as much of a good job as my priming sun cream. At least.

[REVIEW] Heimish Low pH Hydrating Mask Sheet

Heimish Low pH Hydrating Mask Sheet Review

Heimish Low pH Hydrating Mask Sheet Review:

Doesn’t this product name make you curious? As a matter of fact, it does to me. Heimish Low pH Hydrating Mask Sheet emphasizes to have pH level of 5.5 (±0.5) that even the cover is full of number 5 and 5 linked, not the brand or product name like other sheet masks.

Moreover, I had no experience with Heimish products before. So I got attracted to (1) Heimish brand, and (2) how it claims to make skin healthy by giving the dream skin which pH level is 5 – 6.

[REVIEW] Scinic Intensive Dual Mask Snail Solution

Scinic Intensive Dual Mask Snail Solution Review

Scinic Intensive Dual Mask Snail Solution Review:

To be honest, besides theirco famous Honey All in One Ampoule, Scinic never quite stayed on my personal radar. But after decent results with that product, when I got this sheet mask, it caught my interest as being a product formulated without the inclusion of hyaluronic acid/sodium hyaluronate and drying alcohols.

When I first started out in my skincare journey, I was personally wary of these two ingredients (particularly if they’re high up in the ingredients list), so seeing a sheet mask without them was intriguing. Adding in that this is a two-piece mask also adds to the intrigue, to be honest!
