Hera UV Mist Cushion 23 Beige Review:
I caught the Cushion Fever back in 2014 when I had my first cushion ever –IOPE. It was so lightweight and didn’t cause breakouts –I couldn’t ask for more! I have been using it for about 3 years now so I guess I could say that it is my HG Cushion Foundation. I am not really up for changing my cushion brand but I was recently gifted with Hera UV Mist Cushion N*de 23 Beige. I guess it won’t be nice not to use it right? ☺ After all, it is another brand that is very much hyped amongst Asian Beauty.

Hera UV Mist Cushion 23 Beige Review:
First, I have to say that I adore Hera UV Mist Cushion’s packaging. It’s so chic and classy at the same time, so this definitely goes in my makeup kit! My nose was thrilled by a strong scent as I opened the cushion.
I could not put my finger on it but it appeals floral that is somewhat artificial to me. I am not bothered by the scent but I thought it’s worth mentioning especially for those people who doesn’t like fragrance on their makeup.
The cushion appears a bit yellow but it is way lighter when applied on your face. Hera UV Mist Cushion is heaven to apply as it is so lightweight and it glides on smoothly on your face when you apply! It has a cooling sensation which I get from IOPE cushion too!
Since I got a n*de shade, I didn’t expect a lot of coverage. Oh boy, I reckon Hera went a bit overboard because this one’s got no coverage, nothing, ZERO! I mean, look closely on the swatch and you can barely see difference between bare skin and the part where I applied Hera UV Mist Cushion.
Which I don’t mind to be frankly, I just wanted to point out that this one’s got very little to almost none in terms of coverage. To put it simply, Hera UV Mist Cushion in N*de is almost like a tinted moisturizer. While this Mist Cushion doesn’t have any coverage, I still like it for it was able to pump up my skin texture.
It somehow even-out my skin and glowing! It has a very dewy finish so a finishing powder may be necessary especially if you have combination skin or you happen to live in a country that is humid. Personally, I use loose powder to set this cushion and I just have to say how I love the finish I got from using Hera UV Mist Cushion as a base makeup.
Overall, Hera UV Mist Cushion is a very good product. I love how it helps in making my face a flawless canvass. I can say that the N*de shade is perfect as makeup base. I would definitely try out the variant that has bit of coverage for my redness.
This cushion would work alright with any skin type but would be best fit for people who have minor skin issues. If you’re looking for a cushion that has coverage, please look away, this one’s the last thing you would like to give a try.
