[REVIEW] Innisfree Glow Tint Stick in shades 06 & 07

Innisfree Glow Tint Stick in shades 06 & 07 Review:

With all its Jeju nature and eco-friendly concept, Innisfree is easily one of my favourite brand. I tried Innisfree lip products previously and was impressed with the lip tint balm but not so much with the lipstick.

Anyway, when I visited Innisfree store, this Glow Tint Stick product was on 1+1 promotion, so I decided to give it a try. The line came with 13 different colours and I bought number 7 and 10. The price in Korean store is KRW 10,000 each.

♥ High-definition moist colour tint

♥ Easy to apply to anyone

♥ Possible for any gradation due to the slim stick design

Volume: 1.8 gram

How to use:

Open the cap, rotate the bottom part until the product appear and HALT!

It cannot be drawn back so…release only maximum 1 mm of the product and spread generously on lips.

My Lips Type: Normal with dry lips

Innisfree Glow Tint Stick in shades 06 & 07 Review:

Packaging is the typical eco-friendly box of Innisfree with simple design and minimum colour. The product comes in a white plastic stick with coloured part on the top of the cap to show the colour of product contained.

The design of this tint is probably the only thing I quite dislike about the product. With the stick shape of 12cm long, I hardly bring it in my pocket or small pouch. However, the small diameter makes it easy to apply on my thin lips.

The other drawback is the one-way screwing, means product cannot be drawn back after dispense. It is actually okay, but…I am just so curious with the amount of product left…so yeah, actually not an important issue.

The texture is smooth and a little sticky but not as sticky as a creamy type lipstick and not as gliding as a lipbalm. It really gives a glowing glossy look on the lips and I love the color, especially the shade 10. It gives an easy natural look with moist glow for casual style.

It does sufficiently moistening, unlike water-type or gel-type tint, even in air-conditioned room. To my surprise, the stick has a sweet addictive smell of something like fruit, orange perhaps? So, no yucky waxy smell of lipstick.

The glow and colour last for about an hour for number 10 and a little longer for number 7, then re-applying required. You can see how the color retained after wiped off with a cotton pad.

Overall, I think this Glow Tint Stick is like a combination of lip-tint, lip-balm, and lip-gloss with half power.. not very lasting like liptint, not as moistening as lipbalm, and not so glossy as lipgloss. But, the glow stick contained those all funtions which will be sufficient for daily application.

Despite of my hobby to try various brand products, I like the shades of this tint and will repurchase it. I can recommend this to those who like stick-type tint with watery glow.
