Labiotte Flomance Lip Color Shine PK01 Pink Dahlia was purchased by Cosmeperks.
So, a Korean drama, Mr. Sunshine brought me to NU’EST W (they sang the original soundtrack, by the way) and this boy band brought me to this most beautiful lip color I have ever seen. Right, currently Labiotte have NU’EST W as their models and they released super adorable lip tint few months ago.
As we know, Labiotte became very popular for their cute wine lip tint some time ago, but this new lip tint is even prettier. This Flomance Lip Color Shine is SOOOO BEAUTIFULLL!!! (sorry, Caps Lock immediately ON, lol). It comes in five pretty shades (well, actually basic shades on lip tint; red, pink and coral) and I got mine in shade PK01 – Pink Dahlia, the pink one. I really hope this product will give other ‘wow things’ aside from its gorgeous packaging because I like their wine lip tint. Well, keep scrolling down if you are curious about this cute flower tint too!

Labiotte Flomance Lip Color Shine PK01 Pink Dahlia Review:
I believe most of us buy this lip tint due to its adorable rose packaging (some of us probably have no care about the lip tint inside, haha). Well, let’s blame Labiotte for taking our money but, seriously, the packaging is extremely beautiful! Even if you don’t like lip tint, you should have this flower on your dressing table!
So, this tint is not housed in a box like other lip products we usually get. The outer package of this lip tint is quite unique yet pretty. The rose tint itself is strapped in a white band of a thick cardboard. Honestly, it doesn’t look like a lip tint but a valentine merchandise, haha. I am impressed!
Moving on to the real packaging, the rose tube. I know, I know, yeah it is superb beautiful. No matter how many times I look at this tint, I never get bored. If you own this cutie baby, I guess you will agree with me. The tube is as beautiful as a rose bud! (I hope my photos can tell you how adorable the packaging is).
I couldn’t find any gripe on the packaging because all is just perfect and awesome. It has thick and high quality material, so it doesn’t feel ‘cheap’ like a baby’s toy. The size for the tube is perfect as well. Neither too small nor too bulky. Some extra cute packaging usually has one or two gripes (like The Saem Saemmul Yum Yum Lip Syrup that has uncomfortable applicator), but this tint is all perfect. And beautiful. And I will give 100 stars! Haha.
Ah, the only gripe is I just have one shade, it would be great if I had all the five shades and made a rose bouquet with them, hehe.
The ‘rose’ was wrapped in a clear plastic seal, so don’t worry about anything, it’s safe and hygienic though it doesn’t come in a sealed box. The applicator is doe-foot type with a soft and slanted brush. It is just a standard doe-foot applicator without special thing. But however, it is comfortable to use as the wand has right length.
Seems too hard to leave the beautiful rose bud packaging, but let’s move on. Just like its flower tube, this lip tint has floral scent as well, a rose scent. And… I don’t like it, haha. Moreover, the scent is pretty strong. Not really sure if it’s just me, but floral fragrance in lip product is a big NO for me. It feels so weird when I apply the tint on my lips. Candy or fruits scent is definitely better than the floral one.
As I said before, Labiotte Flomance Lip Color Shine has 5 pretty shades. RD01 – Rosa Rosa is a classic red color; RD02 – Amarilys is a red-orange color; CR01 – Peony Coral is a coral color; PK01 – Pink Dahlia is a pink color and PK02 – Viola is a pink-violet color. Mine is PK01 – Pink Dahlia and I didn’t have any special reason why I chose this shade, just love pink.
When I swatched the lip tint for the first time, it was like a neon pink color on my hand. It is so vibrant, and I was like “okay, I chose a wrong shade -.-“ But after blending out the tint, the color turned into real pink, typically a Korean natural pink color. It looks a bit darker on my lips but still pretty. The color is quite pigmented and the coverage is medium.
The texture of the tint itself is not too creamy and more milky rather than watery. It is similar with Etude House Fresh Cherry Tint (the one that was very popular few years ago). It is lightweight, not clumpy and blends very easily. I think it is the best texture for beginners who want to make gradient lips.
This lip tint has soft shiny finish. It is not too glowy nor watery on my lips. The sheen is enough to make my lips look moist, healthy and plumping but it is not as dewy as using a lip gloss. I really like this finish as it’s perfect for natural and fresh look. Meanwhile, due to its light creamy and milky consistency, the tint absorbs pretty quick but we still have enough time to blend it.
So far, for the texture and finish, it is amazing and I really like it. Mmm… I also like its taste. Honestly, I licked the tint (haha) and it is sweet like sugar.
Labiotte Flomance Lip Color Shine has great staying power on my lips. I found its sheen stayed around 4 hours and the color itself could last forever (just make sure to stay away from oily food). In case you eat and drink too much, the color will fade away and leave pink stain on lips. The leftover stain stays more than 7 hours (or until you clean it with your makeup remover).
Another ‘wow thing’ from this tint is once it completely set on lips, the color doesn’t transfer (even if so, it’s just a very little amount). When transfers, the only residue on glasses is its transparent gloss. This tint doesn’t smudge out too. Ah, I like it.
On the other hand, sorry to say, this flower tint is drying. I expected it would be moisturizing or hydrating on lips since it has shiny finish, but nope. Unfortunately. I am pretty familiar with ‘drying’ effect from lip tints and this one is in my most drying lip tints line. So, using lip balm before applying this product is a must. When my lips were very dry, I even used lip balm before and after applying this tint. A thing that makes it a little bit better is, though it dries on lips, it doesn’t leave flaky result when wears off.
Finally, to sum it up, I don’t like its floral fragrance and a bit disappointed with its drying issue. But aside from those gripes, I really love this flower tint. The packaging (of course!), the texture, the lightweight and shiny finish with very minimum color transfer, the staying power and the beautiful pink shade. All is amazing. I will work hard to earn much money because I want to have all shades of this beautiful lip tint. If you love cute and pretty things, you should have it too. Also, it is a good choice if you want to give someone an adorable gift.
