[REVIEW] 2019 NEW Missha Time Revolution Night Repair PROBIO Ampoule

Missha Time Revolution Night Repair Probio Ampoule was purchased by Cosmeperks.

This ampoule and I have a history! I was a part of the test group for those percentages you see on advertisements, but it was a blind testing and we didn’t even know the brand. As soon as I received it, just by smelling, I knew it was a Missha ampoule. Maybe I used a lot of them already?

They didn’t tell us it was a night ampoule, so I used it during the day too. Eventually the product was released, and they revealed the name of the blind product. Of course I was so excited to be a part of it, when Nigama asked me if I wanted to review it I didn’t hesitate (I didn’t even check the price) because I was already so in love with it.

Okay the design is pretty. There is no denying it! Purple and silver? Dream team much?

However it bothers me. It took me a while to realize, but it’s because the ampoule is yellow… warm… and the bottle is cold. All they had to do is change the letters to gold but noooo, now I have to live with this bothering me forever!

Other than that, the bottom of the bottle is transparent-ish, which means the warm cold contrast bothers me more, but also means we can see when we are getting closer to the end of the ampoule (and that’s a good thing).

The pipette is good and sturdy, and the bottle is glass. It all feels very firm and strong, not like it will fall off your hands as you use.

The ampoule has a characteristic Missha scent, so characteristic at first I thought it would be because of added fragrance! But after reading the ingredients I decided they must use the same two or three strong plant extracts quite often and that’s why all three ampoules by them I tried in 2018 have a similar scent note, with only a few differences.
It is not too strong for me, but if you are sensitive to smells stir away from it.

It is dense but spreads easily and without tugging the skin. When it starts absorbing it feels like it is going to be sticky but then it is not.

This image is so important I can’t even begin to describe!
This ampoule works with immediate effects and long term effects. These are the immediate ones.

The pores were big and the skin texture was lumpy. Let me say beforehand this was a particularly effective day – sometimes your skin absorbs the products better than other days.

At first when I applied it would seem the skin was worse than “before”. Because I didn’t let it absorb well. But (from having tested this for 2 weeks before purchasing it and testing it now again, as a night ampoule) I already knew this ampoule is light and effective but it needs to be absorbed completely before continuing with the routine. I cannot stress this enough. You don’t need to wait for the toner to be completely absorbed but before you put your lotion definitely let it absorb completely.

The pores soak up all the ampoule and become plump.

A tip I have from my previous testing when I thought it was an all day ampoule is use it under your eyes too. The long term effects other than a more lifted skin with prettier pores and less fine lines and small bumps (ah, age…) are seen in the coloration of the skin in the aging spots. In my case under the eyes.

I use it before my eye cream during the day and after one week I see a lighter color around them. Maybe if you have sun spots or other darkened spots and you have this ampoule, try applying it there too during the day.

This ampoule does not in any way harm the black pores so all your black pore management has to be done as you normally would. It doesn’t harm them but it doesn’t help them either.

There is a definite improvement when I use this, in all the things they said plus my dark circles.

I plainly just replaced my Re:NK cell to cell essence with this, cheaper and almost the same effects!

Just like the (far more expensive) Re:NK one, it also moisturizes and revitalizes, helps the skin tone and doesn’t affect the skin balance.

I love this ampoule and recommend it millions.

Just not for people who like light products since, it is not heavy, but it isn’t on the light side either. Right in the middle. So younger skins, oily skins, sticky weather, all those things that affect your product choice must be considered here.

But for a skin like mine, especially on the dry winter, I feel this is just right.
