3CE White Milk Cream came out a little over one year ago, and I fell in love with it. I thought it was fascinating that a normal last-step cream could let you skip the BB cream step and just leave the house with a fresh face! The first teaser on Instagram posted by Style Nanda regarding the cream was a hand turning from tanned to white! Although I don’t feel any need to make myself whiter (I’m already mocked whenever I go back to Portugal since I’m the only not tanned person there), I do appreciate evening out the red and yellow parts of my skin.
Mamonde Moisture Ceramide Creamy Mask Sheet Review:
I love sheet masks. We all do. And our skin loves it even more, believe me. Koreans, and most Asian beauty enthusiasts, believe in the 1 day 1 pack (pack, mask, whatever you please) a day theory. And it is indeed a great thing for your skin. It injects serum or essence in a way a normal serum or essence won’t, because it’s a product that will stay on your face for 15 minutes.
Mamonde has one of the best masks I have tried, and this time I decided to try a new one. I was attracted to Mamonde Moisture Ceramide creamy mask because the package is pink, and pink means flowers, and flowers mean happiness (as you or your skin might have noticed already). I got a 10+10 pack, so I’m hoping this will be a good one, or else I just wasted a big amount of money. I’m wearing the mask as I write this, so, come along!
Looking for a mild toner to use post-cleansing to ensure minimal residue (from makeup, sunscreen, etc) is left, I was recommended Acwell Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner by a friend. And upon finding out how gentle and mild the ingredients were, while also being free of my usual skincare triggers, I decided to take a leap of faith. So, how did it fair for my sensitive, redness-prone skin?
Missha is one of my all time favourite beauty brands and even though its more on the pricier side – at least for me, a young student – I’m more than willing to give them all my money in exchange for their beauty products.
Nevertheless, in the following, I’d like to give you my brutal, absolute honest opinion one of their Tension Pact. I started of with their “Magic Cushion Moisture” and now I am here with “Missha The Original Tension Pact Intense Moisture No.21”. And what can I say: I use it everyday. And I am in love with it!
I heard about this product from multiple instagrammers in the Asian beauty community a few months ago. I was in the market for a new sunscreen as the EltaMD UV clear SPF that I had picked up from my dermatologist’s office seemed to emphasize my skin’s texture and dry patches. I had heard through the Asian beauty community grape vine and my own research that Asian sunscreens were superior to US sunscreens in both appearance/finish and UV protection. So, it was time for me to change up my SPF game and bought Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence.
Hada Labo Koi-Gokujyun UV White Gel Review:
Hada Labo is the first skincare line that I purchased when I started my Asian Beauty (AB) journey. At that time, I was looking for something that moisturizes and hydrates, and Hada Labo instantly pops up as they are well-known for their Super Hyaluronic Acid. I ended up buying their cleanser, their famous hydrating lotion, a moisturizer and also this UV White Gel.
Innisfree Lip Sleeping Pack Canola Honey was purchased by Cosmeperks for review purposes.
Innisfree Lip Sleeping Pack is a brand new product, and this is one of the first reviews online, so I hope you’re as excited as I am!
Labiotte Wine Lip Tint Review:
Hi, my name is Jui and I am addicted to lipstick… mattes, to be specific. I have been hooked for years now. I honestly think that matte is the best formula ever but my lips say otherwise. While color payoff is super gorge, they are really bad for my lips; I always end up with very chapped, cracked lips. Truth be told, I’ve been okay with this. Still cool even though sometimes my lips get tinge of blood and gets a bit painful whenever I put on a smile. Naturally, my issues didn’t stop me from hoarding more ultra-matte lipstick. I don’t know what happened but one day I just found myself on google looking for “long lasting lip tints”.
I’ve seen a lot of brands, alright. From Western to Asian brands. It was kind of easy for me to narrow my options since I’m more inclined to Asian Beauty. Now I was torn between these beautiful packaging; if you’re into Korean Beauty you would understand that sometimes, you really end up buying stuff just because they were housed in a cute packaging –and that’s exactly how this cutesy thing ended up in my grabby hands.
I have been a fan of Innisfree It’s Real Squeeze sheet masks but this ingredient was so different for me, in a sense that, would I want shea butter on my face too besides slathering it all over my body?! Let’s see how this extremely nourishing sheet mask went on my skin!
