[REVIEW] Graymelin Propolis 80 Energy Ampoule

Graymelin Propolis 80 Energy Ampoule Review:

One of those fashionable ingredients with enough hype to cope with is definitely propolis. Beeswax, bee saliva, and herbal sap mixed by bees to build and repair home of theirs, hives. Not so romantic to analyse it like that so I’ll skip to skin care use of it. Skin soothing, with anti-oxidative power ingredient. Nothing super powerful, but very alluring mixed in hanbang manner.

I already mentioned Korean niche brand Graymelin as the next big thing. Honestly, I was firstly lurking other popular propolis ampoules, but this one definitely prevailed as the ingredients list is way closer to my liking than any other.

  1. Instantly provide maximum moisture, leaving skin calm and comfortable as well as enhance hydration to keep dull and parched skin moisturized and protect from environmental damage.
  2. Form layer enriched with moisture to lock in moisture to prevent skin dehydration.
  3. Contain highly concentrated ingredients to normalize moisture level of skin and provide plenty of nourishment to leave skin hydrated and refreshed.
  4. 80% of propolis extract in one bottle.

Graymelin Propolis 80 Energy Ampoule Review:

Apothecary 50 ml bottle with apothecary pipette applicator. This product is of Graymelin Vintage line and design of the bottle follows the name.

The ampoule is colourless, odourless, viscose liquid. It is thick enough not to drip but not sticky or tacky. My skin just slurps it.

Ingredients list is pure love. First 80% of propolis extract, then humectants and emollients, then honey, (triethanolamine – not so good ph adjuster and surfactant), licorice, more humectants and emollients, preservatives and the whole bunch of herbal extracts including ginger and ginseng. Nice. Me like.

Graymelin Propolis 80 Energy Ampoule Review

I love this ampoule. Plain and simple. No irritations whatsoever, no breakouts, nothing bad comes out of it. Just a nice, happy skin. I cannot use it alone as moisturizer as my skin needs more to it, but oily skin types might pull it off as a moisturizer, not just ampoule step.

Graymelin Propolis 80 Energy Ampoule Review

It promises to be natural antibiotic. Hm, not so sure about going that far to say it heals inflamed skin, but alleviates skin condition, yes. This is not a replacement for dermatologist’s prescription remedies, but definitely is a nice addition to skin care.

Graymelin Propolis 80 Energy Ampoule Review

As anti-aging skin care product, I say all the best. It smooths out the rough, dry skin and gives that subtle glow from within. It leaves skin moisturized, nourished and bouncy. It cannot smooth out the deepest wrinkles, but will enhance skin appearance. But with long term, continuous use, I believe it can (with other skin care products in routine) just a little bit postpone inevitable. And for now, that’s good enough for me.

I will repurchase this product unless some brand comes up with miracle elixir of everlasting youth and perfect skin in the bottle. Then I will completely change my skin care approach. And skin care cabinets.

Kidding aside, every skin type can benefit from this ampoule, except of course all of you allergic or sensitive to any bee product, or other ingredient on this list. Then you should by all means steer away from this product.
