[Review] The Saem Healing Tea Garden White Tea Cleansing Water

The Saem Healing Tea Garden White Tea Cleansing Water Review:

Gone are the days when people are satisfied with their good old cleanser. Today, almost everyone does double cleansing –whether in the form of oil cleanser or cleansing water. Apparently, this double cleansing procedure ensures that your skin is thoroughly cleansed since the products that you will be using targets residues that of different polarity.

While this has been a thing for years now, I needed some encouragement to get these sorts of products because I feel that they are just a waste. I was lucky enough to have bumped into The Saem Healing Tea Garden White Tea Cleansing Water; it was cheap so I thought, why not?

The Saem Healing Tea Garden White Tea Cleansing Water Review:

The Saem Healing Tea Garden White Tea Cleansing Water is pretty cheap considering that I bought it for only $5 and its 300ml worth of product! It comes in a minimalist no fuss bottle. It is colorless and smells a bit herbal-ish to me. I am not bothered by the scent because it is not overpowering and it smells quite refreshing and relaxing.

I know this product would last a long time because in all honesty, I don’t use a lot of makeup. Just the basic cushion foundation and lipstick for most days; sometimes I use eyebrow product (but they are already thick so I can easily ditch this).

Even though I don’t put much of makeup, there are times that I feel so tired that I can’t be bothered washing my face. I know that this is a bad habit so I thought of getting a product that I could use for times like this.

According to the packaging, after using this white tea cleansing water, you can proceed to your usual skincare routine without rinsing off. I feel that you can do that because if this product happened to be odorless, you would seriously think that you just scrubbed your face with water.

It doesn’t give any sticky feeling, not a bit! If anything, it leaves my skin soft and kind of dewy. I also feel that it makes my skin appear cleaner and somewhat brighter. Personally though, I prefer rinsing off with water after use.

Since cushion foundation is easy to remove, I won’t be testing this product’s efficiency and effectivity with that. For the benefit of those people who wears water proof or heavy duty make-up, I tested this product with my matte lipsticks and few eyebrow makeups.

With one swipe, you can already see that it was able to remove the NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams and Dopey which has a satin finish. Mars is almost gone too. I feel that the Solow was still pretty solid because I was not able to really swipe it (epic).

I am actually impressed on how this water cleanser works because Colourpop ultra-mattes are so hard to remove, seriously! You might need to work it a little bit to cleanse thoroughly but I am totally okay with that.

Overall, this product does what it claims to do! I like the fact that it is light-scented. I appreciate that it doesn’t leave my skin dry after use. I would also like to note that my sensitive skin didn’t react negatively with this product. I highly recommend this to those who are looking for decent cleansing water but doesn’t want to splurge!
