SK-II Facial Treatment Clear Lotion Review:

SK-II Facial Treatment Clear Lotion comes in a sturdy and luxurious frosted glass bottle with a sliver twist cap. Some people might not like this as it is not exactly travel friendly, also it can be a disaster if you are a clumsy person and bound to accidentaly slip this expensive bottle off your hands!

SK-II Facial Treatment Clear Lotion Review

This lotion has a clear, light and watery texture with no scent. I use this after cleansing my face, and whenever I use this in my PM routine, I could see some leftover dirt and impurities on the cotton even after I had double-cleansed.

It is such a satisfying feeling to know that this lotion helps to clean my skin thoroughly and effectively, leaving my skin soft, hydrated, and prepared for the next skin care steps. After toning with this lotion, I would follow up with the SK-II Facial Treatment Essence.

SK-II Facial Treatment Clear Lotion was actually my first introduction to toners in general, because prior to that I was just a ‘cleanser and moisturizer’ kinda girl. I first got this lotion in the 30ml trial size as a part of SK-II Pitera™ Welcome Kit.

At that time, I did not know that ‘toners’ are called as ‘lotions’ in the Asian Beauty world. And oh boy, do I enjoy having this step in my routine! I truly love the refreshed and clean feeling I get everytime I use this lotion.

And I love how it gently exfoliates, how light it feels on the skin, dries down matte, but at the same time provide hydration.

This lotion combined with the SK-II FTE has helped my skin so much, and to be honest I cannot imagine not being without these two products. I have already repurchased, and will continue to repurchase as long as my wallet allows it!

SK-II Facial Treatment Clear Lotion is a gentle and effective product, so I would recommend this to all skin types, especially those that have dullness and texture issues. Though I would suggest trying out SK-II trial size set first before splurging on the full size, to see if your skin reacts well to it or otherwise.

And since it contains ferments, I would suggest skipping this product to those who are allergic to ferments and also if you are suffering from fungal acne.
