[REVIEW] Tonymoly X Samyang Hot Edition Lip Sauce Tint 01 Hot Red

Tonymoly X Samyang Hot Edition Lip Sauce Tint 01 Hot Red Review

Tonymoly X Samyang Hot Edition Lip Sauce Tint 01 Hot Red Review:

If you are familiar with TonyMoly and Samyang, you must’ve known about their recent collaboration. When they announced the collaboration about 2 to 3 months ago, so many beauty enthusiasts are excited and can’t wait to get their hands on the collection including me. I’m not a fan of Samyang since I can’t eat too spicy food but I know I can’t skip this collection because they are so cute!

In this collection, they have several products such as lip tint, cushion, hair treatment, a blush and a highlighter. I have to say I want to get most of them but the price is so expensive here in my country (but the original price is pretty affordable though) so I only get the tint since it would be the product I used the most. The tint is available in 2 shades only, a deep red shade and an orange-red shade. I wanted to get both but finally decided to get the deep red one since I don’t have that many red tint.

I don’t know if the lip tint is an ‘remake’ version of their older release because the packaging is nearly the same with their infamous ‘Get It Tint’ tint series and the color, at least for me, is not that different. I already purchased the ‘Get It Tint S’ so I can compare the two of them to see if they are the same product or not. Tony Moly may have mentioned about it on their website but since I don’t understand Korean, I’m not too sure.

[REVIEW] Cezanne Natural Cheek N AUTUMN COLOR 16 Cassis Rose

Cezanne Natural Cheek N AUTUMN COLOR 16 Cassis Rose Review

Cezanne Natural Cheek N AUTUMN COLOR 16 Cassis Rose Review:

Cezanne is a major drugstore cosmetics brand in Japan, and is known for their wide variety of high-quality makeup products. With simple but extremely compact casing showcasing a huge range of colors in their blushers, eyeshadows, and more, who could resist?

I ended up taking home the Cezanne Natural Cheek N in #16 Cassis Rose which is the perfect autumn and winter shade of blush. To be honest, I don’t have high expectations for blushers — they just need to stay put for when my makeup’s on — but Cezanne really blew me away with this product!

[REVIEW] Etude House Therapy Air White Flowers Sheet Mask

Etude House Therapy Air White Flowers Sheet Mask Review

Etude House Therapy Air White Flowers Sheet Mask Review:

When I first heard that Etude House had discontinued their old Etude House masks, I was quite disappointed because there were so many sheet masks I liked a lot (ginseng and rice). Because I was quite disappointed, I didn’t try the new air therapy masks for some time. When I did try them I must admit that I did like the way they felt and the effects of them. But because I still had many old masks, I wasn’t tempted to buy any until I saw they had new varieties – I’ll admit it was the cherry blossom that first interested me.

The new sheet masks came in a set of three varieties – cherry blossom, white flowers and madecassoside. The madecassoside mask has already been reviewed by Ana B. At first, I wasn’t at all interested in the white flowers mask, until I saw that it contains extracts from five different flowers and also contains niacinamide and liquorice extracts. Both are good for skin brightening. You could say that this mask was the one that I didn’t really notice or care about, until I actually looked closer at it. After all a sheet mask designed to brighten and moisturize sound really good to me.

[REVIEW] Minon Amino Moist Clear Wash Powder

Minon Amino Moist Clear Wash Powder Review

Minon Amino Moist Clear Wash Powder Review:

Developed by the pharmaceutical company, Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare, the Minon Amino Moist product line is a skincare brand targeted towards those with dry and/or sensitive skin. To be completely honest, this brand wasn’t on my radar at all until I was searching for powder cleansers to travel with and found it for cheap on a local reselling platform.

Looking up the product and thus brand guide, it was intriguing to find out that the brand focuses on developing skincare focused on amino acids to aid in improving the skin’s moisture barrier overtime. However, I must say that the little @cosme sticker on this product’s image thumbnails while googling definitely helped in sealing the quick purchase (though, I’m still not so sure in which year it got into the highly esteemed rankings).

[REVIEW+SWATCHES] VT Cosmetics BTS Collagen Pact BLACK 21

VT Cosmetics BTS Collagen Pact BLACK 21 Review

VT Cosmetics BTS Collagen Pact BLACK 21 Review:

It is not a new product but still be a best seller item on VT’s website. Hence, I guess it’s not too late to write this review now (though VT had just released other makeup collections last month, hehe). I think you already knew this product too. Yess, VT X BTS Collagen Pact (Black). A product that became crazily popular because it collaborated with BTS (Bangtan Boys), a South Korean boy band.

I didn’t notice this product because I was not familiar with VT Cosmetics (and I’m not an ARMY too). Moreover, in my country, this product is famous with its nickname ‘BTS Cushion’ (ha?!). I’m not sure what you call it in your country, but most of my friends call it BTS Cushion. Thus, I thought it’s just an usual bb cushion. But once I, accidentally, watched a video on YouTube and found out that it is a COLLAGEN pact, I immediately hunted it! Because I love collagen!

[REVIEW+SWATCHES] Peripera ASMR Sugar Jelly Tint 02 Sheer Pink

Peripera ASMR Sugar Jelly Tint 02 Sheer Pink Review

Peripera ASMR Sugar Jelly Tint 02 Sheer Pink was purchased by Cosmeperks.

Seems like nothing can stop Peripera from releasing new products. This month they once again released a new collection called the ‘ASMR’ and if I’m not mistaken this collection is meant for holiday season (but I don’t know what’s the connection between ASMR and Christmas though) since the concept is so Christmas-sy which I really like! Christmas is my favorite time of the year so usually I always got excited to see a lot of makeup brands releasing makeup collections with Christmas as their main concept.

At first I didn’t know that Peripera came out with a new collection until Nigama offered me to try their new release. After I searched more about it, it was revealed that this collection has several products which consist of cushions, an eyeshadow palette, a liquid shadow, airy ink velvet, and 2 new products which is the Sugar Jelly Tint and a Tint Stick. Most of the products are remake from their older release but only with new shades.

One of the tint is a remake from the infamous Airy Ink Velvet but they only available in 3 shades (and to be honest, the shades look similar to each other). The one I got from Nigama is the new one called ‘Sugar Jelly Tint’ and I believe it’s a new product from Peripera. It’s available in 5 shades and I think all shade seems wearable enough for daily uses because they have no bold or neon-y shade, even the purple one looks so natural.

[REVIEW] Laneige Water Bank Gel Cream

Laneige Water Bank Gel Cream Review

Laneige Water Bank Gel Cream Review:

Okay, so this is not a new product. But it is a classic from the permanent and most famous collection of Laneige. And I can’t believe it took me 4 years to try this! I am disappointed in myself and so surprised with this cream, if you don’t have dry skin I would definitely suggest you at least pay attention to this cream if given a chance to try it.

[REVIEW] Neogen Dermalogy Real Cica Pad

Neogen Dermalogy Real Cica Pad Review

Neogen Dermalogy Real Cica Pad Review:

This review has been a long time coming since I first bought it when it first launched in Seoul earlier this year. Unfortunately, as this tub is quite bulky and I couldn’t bring it with me on some trips, it led to inconsistent use, so I allowed ample time for me to use it consistently before I decided to finally sit down and offer my thoughts on this raved about product. I’m not one to give in to much hype, but when I was caught up in the “cica craze”, this product seemed like a total must have product, what with its claims and nice ingredients list. But, did it live up to my expectations?

[REVIEW] FLOWFUSHI 38ºC Lip Treatment +1ºC Natural Baby Pink

FLOWFUSHI 38ºC Lip Treatment +1ºC Natural Baby Pink Review

FLOWFUSHI 38ºC Lip Treatment +1ºC Natural Baby Pink Review:

Winter is coming, and with that brings cold and dry weather — the worst possible combination that is guaranteed to wreak havoc on my already constantly-dry lips.

During these months, I put away almost all my lip makeup — there’s no point in wearing lipstick when it’s only going to come off in patches of dry lip skin (ew!) by midday. Don’t even get me started on re-application; there’s no way that will go smoothly (both literally and figuratively).

The FLOWFUSHI 38ºC Lip Treatment has been highly raved about as an effective treatment that also doubles as a tinted gloss to give a bit of oomph to the lips. It has an interesting concept — basing its entire line of these lip products on temperature as well as focusing on bacteria on the skin to enhance lip color.

How did it fare?
