Peripera Pink Moment Ink The Velvet 18 Update Natural Pink Review

Peripera Pink Moment Ink The Velvet 18 Update Natural Pink Review:

I am here and superb excited to give you a review of the most beautiful lip product in town!

Well, if you read every single post on Cosmeperks, I believe you already knew this collection, Pink Moment from Peripera 2018 Fall Collection. Our lovely author, Debby, already reviewed the Ink Gelato #8 Blacktea With Milk and Ink The Velvet #17 Hip Beige Pink last month. And now, I also have Peripera Ink The Velvet for this review but, of course, in different shade. Mine is #18 Update Natural Pink.

I tried Peripera Ink The Velvet before, the SS 2017 colors and the Pearly Night edition. Those products were launched last year. And now, since it’s 2018, I was curious if Peripera did any improvement for their Ink Velvet product or they just dressed up this lip product in a beautiful packaging only. Let’s see!

[REVIEW+SWATCHES] The Saem Saemmul Yum Yum Lip Syrup Peach

The Saem Saemmul Yum Yum Lip Syrup Peach Review

The Saem Saemmul Yum Yum Lip Syrup Peach Review:

The cute packaging was the only reason I immediately bought it without thinking twice. The tube looks very cute (even it’s not like a lip product but tomato sauce or my Mom’s syrup essence, haha). For your information, this lip product was launched by The Saem about two months ago. Please, say ‘hi’ to Saemmul Yum Yum Lip Syrup!

Honestly, if they didn’t make this extremely cute packaging, I wouldn’t buy this product, hehe because this Yum Yum Lip Syrup has only 4 color options; Chocolate, Cherry, Strawberry and Peach. The shades are very basic (you know, red, pink and orange) and kinda boring for me.

I was interested to try the Chocolate lip syrup but ended up with the Peach one (since the tube looks prettier with its pastel color, lol). I know, I was like buying the cute package only, but from the deepest of my heart (ha!) I actually wanted to get a good quality tint as well. Ah, okay let’s see!

[REVIEW] Etude House Big Cover Skin Fit Concealer Pro P03 Light Vanilla

Etude House Big Cover Skin Fit Concealer Pro P03 Light Vanilla Review

Etude House Big Cover Skin Fit Concealer Pro P03 Light Vanilla Review:

This year Etude House finally came out with a brand new concealer called Big Cover Skin Fit Concealer Pro. This concealer is actually an extended line from Etude earlier collection, the Big Cover line. To be honest the concealers on the Big Cover line aren’t impressive for me because the shade selections are so poor so I was excited to see Etude finally make this new concealer in 9 shades!

In those 9 shades, there are 2 corrector shades (Peach for dark circles and Mint for redness) and 7 skin shades range from fair to tan. There’s no dark shade deep enough for people with deep skin tone but I think it’s a good progress that they start making deeper shades. I’m hoping for the next release, Etude will come out with more shades for everyone.

I think this concealer is hyped in Korea because I saw so many Korean beauty Youtubers were reviewing it and most of them said they had a good experience with this concealer. It makes me really want to try it and finally after waiting for almost a month to get the concealer arrive on my place, finally it’s here and I can’t wait to try it!

[REVIEW] Etude House UV Double Cut Clear Sun Stick SPF 50+ PA++++

Etude House UV Double Cut Clear Sun Stick SPF 50+ PA++++ Review

Etude House UV Double Cut Clear Sun Stick SPF 50+ PA++++ Review:

I didn’t notice when Etude House posted their UV Double Cut series on their social media account until I watched Law Of The Jungle where Red Velvet’s Seulgi using this product and, yes, I wanted to try it out too. Perfect timing since I needed to buy a new sunscreen at the moment.

So, Etude House UV Double Cut line consists of 3 products which are Fresh Sun Gel SPF 50+ PA++++, Moisture Tone Up Sun Fluid SPF 48 PA+++ and Clear Sun Stick SPF 50+ PA++++. All of them are interesting, though. The Fresh Sun Gel is well marked as the best seller and winner of Marie Claire’s Smart Beauty Award. The Moisture Tone Up Sun Fluid has extra function to brighten up skin tone. And the Clear Sun Stick looks very easy and quick to use.

To be honest, I eliminated the Moisture Tone Up Sun Fluid once I read it highly contains Titanium Dioxide (it tends to, or absolutely will, leave whitecast and I want to avoid that). I did the same for Fresh Sun Gel since it has alcohol in its ingredients list. I know, I sound too picky but I really want a friendly product for my sensitive skin without any whitecast effect, so yeah, the Clear Sun Stick seemed to be the best choice.

[REVIEW] Peripera Color Fit Tint Water Gel 05 Chilipress

Peripera Color Fit Tint Water Gel 05 Chilipress Review

Peripera Color Fit Tint Water Gel 05 Chilipress Review:

I was browsing for some lip tints I’ve never tried before and the Peripera Color Fit Tint Water Gel came out with the highest rating. I know Peripera launched this tint a year ago but somehow it never interest me even with the unique packaging and good shade range. Finally I decided to try it after I read so many reviews saying that this is the best lip tint from Peripera.

It comes in 7 shades and I can say the shades are pretty different from other lip tints. They have MLBB and some of brownish colors as well. Usually lip tints are limited to pinks, reds, and oranges shade only so it’s refreshing to see something different.

For me, Peripera lip tints are either a miss or hit. I love their shade range but the performances are so-so. I haven’t found a tint from Peripera that amaze me so I hope this tint will perform better than the other Peripera’s tints on me.

[REVIEW] Missha Flash Up Sun SPF50+ PA++++

Missha Flash Up Sun SPF50+ PA++++ Review

Missha Flash Up Sun SPF50+ PA++++ Review:

My skin has recently been the driest it’s ever been, and luckily enough it happened just around the time that Missha launched their Flash Up Sun line. All the other sunscreens I own became too drying and matte for me, and the Flash Up Sun sunscreen was marketed as a glowy finish, so naturally I had to pick it up (and not to mention the packaging is super pretty too!)

[REVIEW+SWATCHES] Etude House Soft Drink Tint OR201 Grapefruit Fantasy

Etude House Soft Drink Tint OR201 Grapefruit Fantasy Review

Etude House Soft Drink Tint OR201 Grapefruit Fantasy Review:

When I saw Etude posting their latest product, the Soft Drink Tint, I thought the packaging is very cute but the color selection is pretty basic and similar to each other. I didn’t plan to get it because of the shades but then I read Ana’s review along with the complete soft drink tint swatches (thanks to her for showing the swatches) so I got to know what the shades will look in real life.

The tint is available in 5 different shades, 4 being bold, vivid colors and the other one is more like a lip topper with a glossy finish. Among those 4 colored shades, I pick the shade Grapefruit Fantasy because it’s more my shade. Actually I wanted to get the red one at first but when I saw how red it was, I changed my mind.

It is summer in Korea so I think this tint is perfect because it has summer vibe and as its name, soft drink is really popular when the weather is hot. As expected, Etude House is one brand that follow the trend and always giving us new products with cute and unexpected packaging.

[REVIEW] MOETA Pop Devil Color Treatment Ampoule Olive Khaki

MOETA Pop Devil Color Treatment Ampoule Olive Khaki Review

MOETA Pop Devil Color Treatment Ampoule Olive Khaki Review:

The thought of dyeing my hair temporarily came when I planned to go on a short vacation. Actually there was still a trace of brownish from my last dye. Some parts of my hair was still dry and had split ends also, due to the last dye I did to my hair. So this time, I preferred to try a temporary hair colorant that wouldn’t cause more breakage and this notation came to my mind : why not trying a color treatment ampoule? Moreover, I could choose an uncommon color since it will rinsed off after 1 – 2 weeks.

It took me some weeks to contemplate between some brands, from Etude House to April Skin. However, I chose MOETA Pop Devil Color Treatment Ampoule at the end. It has more color options and much more economic too; it costs less than $8 for 30 mL and around $14 for 60 mL.

[REVIEW] Missha Airy Fit Mask Sheet Rice

Missha Airy Fit Mask Sheet Rice Review

Missha Airy Fit Mask Sheet Rice Review:

Frankly speaking, I always find it tricky to do product review toward sheet masks. I personally think that one shouldn’t make opinion or verdict only by just once usage. You know, sheet masks always claim something ‘woah’ like ‘nourishes skin’, ‘make skin bright and glossy’, or even ‘improve skin texture’, but I’ve never wished a pipe dream like those after waking up in the morning (I always use the sheet mask before a night-sleep). And I hope you think the same, because I’m afraid the first thing you’ll find in the morning is disappointment.

However, that doesn’t mean I’m an anti. To put it better, I’m actually a big fan of sheet masks. Sheet masks are very beneficial for the skin, that’s why I frequently use a sheet mask each week. I just want you to lower your expectations and be realistic, since those admiring effect couldn’t be seen by using only one or two masks.

Since I frequently use a sheet mask, I’ve rambled around many brands and types of sheet masks so I hope my review would be objective and helpful. I don’t usually review a sheet mask, unless it leaves a lingering feeling or some impression to me, just like what MISSHA Airy Fit Sheet Mask – Rice does.
