The real nature collection is an affordable line of mainly natural products, and they have a lot of different scents, or base products. They extend from Rose to Argan, and of course Olive, among others. The products also have different prices, depending on the star ingredient, and as a Mediterranean girl I really wanted to try something from the Olive part of the collection. So I chose Nature Republic Olive Real Nature Cream.
Innisfree Jeju Lava Sea Water Deep Essence Review:
So, I have been in a struggle for a few months, trying to get rid of my blemishes and trying to normalize my pores’ shapes (they’re supposed to be round, but mine have all sorts of shapes). According to an examination I did in the Innisfree store, where they measure your skin everything-levels, my blemishes and pores could be solved with one of two essences. This one, or the one from the orchid collection. So, for starters I chose Innisfree Jeju Lava Sea Water Deep Essence.
Just to break the suspense, it did work, but I will still try the other one, in case it works better for my specific case. Below I will analyze the essence independently of my skin goal, and focusing solely on the feeling and sensation, also the effects of this essence!
Nature Republic Rose Real Nature Ampoule Review:
Nature Republic, to me, is a surprising company since you can find good quality products for every type of skin, for a very appealing price! Not to mention, their discounts are very friendly. As an online member living in Korea I have the chance to participate every month in the Shake Box event, where you can buy a box of, basically, way cheaper products (even though they literally have the same boxes every month, it’s still a pretty good deal). So, I was not aiming for this particular item, but since I got it I decided to try it. I mean, it is made out of rose, if that doesn’t appeal to you… then you’re probably not European 😀 But I do love me some rose products. Now, you should know there are two real nature ampoules for every scent, one with oil and one without – this one is without oil so think of it as a rich essence.
Did I mention it comes in a glass bottle? It’s lovely just looking at it.

Choonee Bird’s Nest Brightening Mask Review:
In all honesty, I’ve never heard of the brand Choonee until stumbling across it during one of my strolls through the aisles of a local pharmacy/drugstore. Intrigued by the cute packaging and seeing it on sale, I immediately checked the ingredients before deciding to buy the only two versions which do not contain any drying alcohols. And, well, I’m quite impressed with Choonee Bird’s Nest Brightening Mask.
Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner Review:
I’ve been hooked up with Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner since the first time I saw Wishtrend’s youtube video. The introduction to this product looked so promising and I was in need of new toner at that time. The toner is targeted for those who want to add moisture to the skin that might be stripped away during the cleansing process.
I chose hydrating toner over exfoliating toner because at this moment, I want to treat my dehydrated skin condition and I think to use exfoliating toner every day may be too harsh for my skin. So, I need to suck in all the moisture as much as I can. Read more to find how this toner fared me.
Hada Labo Koi-Gokujyun Perfect Gel Review:
Looking for a heavy moisturizer to combat my dehydrated skin and being totally in love with Hada Labo products (at the time; not so much nowadays – it’s a pretty long story…), I stumbled across this Koi-Gokujyun Perfect Gel during my usual skincare research.
Skimming through the ingredients list and finding none of my personal triggers (mainly alcohol, alcohol denat. and mineral oil), and boasting some ingredient superstars, I was immediately looking forward to trying it out.
Yamano Kohakuhada Lotion Review:
A lot of people compare Yamano Kohakuhada lotion to the Hada-Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Lotion, except the Kohaku-hada has more extracts and generally better ingredients. Read more to find if it live up to its claims or not.
