[Review] JAYJUN Baby Pure Shining Mask

JAYJUN Baby Pure Shining Mask Review

JAYJUN Baby Pure Shining Mask Sheet Review:

I received a mask of this brand once, as a gift for participating in a contest, and fell in love with it. So it’s no surprise that when I had the chance to try one other mask, I wanted to try it, right? Usually this brand only sells packs of 10, but you can find singles if you look for it. I looked for it and got it! All their masks are different, and even the 2 extra steps in each mask can vary (in this case it’s essence and eye cream, and sometimes it’s cleanser and essence, or other combinations)!

The brand JAYJUN is a plastic surgery franchise, so they really know what they’re doing to make you beautiful (or at least they should). And using these masks you don’t need an essence nor an eye cream since it s included in the pack – which if you think about it makes the mask less expensive. I’m excited to try this.

[Review] MISSHA Time Revolution Night Repair Science Activator Borabit Ampoule

MISSHA Time Revolution Night Repair Science Activator Borabit Ampoule Review

MISSHA Time Revolution Night Repair Science Activator Borabit Ampoule Review:

Many of you know that a very important part of the Korean skincare regimen is the serum or the ampoule, because that is the active part of the skincare regimen that provides targeted results for specific skin concerns. This step is my personal favorite part of my skincare regimen because I can customize my serum for my immediate concern. As usual, anti-aging and prevention of fine lines/wrinkles is always at the top of my list. I like to switch things up in my routine, because using the same product can be a little boring for me. That’s when I came across the MISSHA Time Revolution Night Repair Science Activator Borabit Ampoule. Although the name is long and sounds complicated, the results are simple! The MISSHA Time Revolution Ampoule claims to reduce the signs of aging and increase the skin’s elasticity. The key ingredient for this claim is a fermented yeast known as Bifida Ferment Lysate. I decided to try out this product because I had not yet tried any skincare product with this fermented yeast ingredient, and I was curious to see how it would suit my skin. The yeast is key for anti-aging because not only does it address wrinkles and decreased skin elasticity, it also protects and repairs the skin overnight. MISSHA is a well known brand with cult favorite products, so I had faith in this ampoule. Let’s see how this ampoule lived up to its name.

[Review] New 2017 Spring IOPE Air Cushion SPF50+ PA+++

New 2017 IOPE Air Cushion Review

New 2017 IOPE Air Cushion Review:

I am always extremely excited to try Spring products. They are focused on both sticky weather and pollution, and are especially made to fight, or at least resist those things. Of course, Winter destroys our skins when it’s dry, but in Korea the weather changes completely in three weeks, so we need a quick adaptation. As such, I was extremely excited to know the new IOPE air cushion was re-launched, and at a discount price! So I got the cushion and will walk you through the process of choosing it, and then the actual review part!

Lululun 7 Days Brightening Mask Review

Lululun 7 Days Brightening Mask Review:

When I visited Japan late last year, I grabbed the opportunity to stock up on beauty products like sheet masks and make-up products. One of the products I grabbed was the 7-day Lululun Masks (in white). It was highly praised in Japan, so I thought it was worth a try.

[Review] Skinfood Beauty in a Food Salmon Sheet Mask

SKINFOOD Beauty in a Food Salmon Sheet Mask Review

Skinfood Beauty in a Food Salmon Sheet Mask Review:

One of these days as per request of a friend, I walked pass a Skinfood store. Well, I had never ever tried a Skinfood product, and since they are a little out of my price range, so I stuck to the mask section! And it’s not disappointing at all, they have all sorts of masks, with all scents and all abilities. The one that attracted me the most was, of course, the salmon mask. It has a beautiful package, pink, inexpensive, and I am a foodie so how can I not be attracted to this one? Salmon has Omega-3 and good fat, which are definitely things we want on our skin to take care of it!

[Review] My Scheming Mandelic Acid Brightening Mask

My Scheming Mandelic Acid Brightening Mask Review

My Scheming Mandelic Acid Brightening Mask Sheet Review:

Today’s review is on My Scheming Mandelic Acid Brightening Mask. Mandelic acid is a type of gentler Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) derived from almonds that can aid in skin repair. It is often used for combating hyper pigmentation and uneven tone especially those recovering from acne scars. My Scheming is a solid choice for sheet masks since these can effectively brighten, soothe inflamed skin and address a lot of other skin troubles.

[Review] Benton Honest TT Mist

Benton Honest TT Mist Review

Benton Honest TT Mist Review:

The summer heat is driving me nuts. It’s making me uncomfortable and icky most times so I have this urge to wash myself (hands, face and whatnot) as much as I can –funny thing is, I feel this whenever I am outside so water and soap may not be really available at all times. Some prefer to freshen up with wet wipes but I find it sticky even if you say that these wipes were practically soaked in water. I can do with alcohol even if they are drying but it only applies to my body parts. Now, what about my face? Logically, I searched for a good facial mist and that is how I found Benton Honest TT Mist.

[Review] Etude House Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream

Etude House Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream Review

Etude House Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream was purchased by Cosmeperks for review purposes.

Etude House recently released a new skincare line called Soon Jung. It is an affordable line, that comes in two sizes for people who don’t want to jump right in to something, or people who prefer smaller sizes in general (like me!) and I have the mission of reviewing it. After reviewing the toner, I decided to review the cream, since they are the two most important parts of a skin routine (in my opinion) and so I decided to test those two first.
