[REVIEW+SWATCHES] A’PIEU Personal Tone Foundation W01 Porcelain

A'PIEU Personal Tone Foundation W01 Porcelain Review

A’PIEU Personal Tone Foundation W01 Porcelain Review:

I think the Personal Tone Foundation is one of the most well-known foundations from A’Pieu, it even beats its ancestor, the Triple Wear Foundation (which I really dislike). The Personal Tone Foundation is a foundation made specifically for fitting every skin tone with different undertones. A’Pieu ensures that everyone will at least find their matching tone because in total, they have 12 shades.

I didn’t plan to get this foundation but after saw that it was on sale, I bought it immediately and lucky me, my shade, W01 Porcelain was in stock. If you notice, the shades have 3 different numerations start from C for cool, W for warm, and N for neutral. Actually I should get the neutral shade but it was sold out at that moment so the warm one is my choice.

Honestly, I think 12 shades is nothing if compared to other foundations from the west that have up to 60 shades but for a Korean drugstore brand, I really appreciate how they decide to make a foundation line with these shades selection. If you are a foreigner who lives in Korea and having a hard time in finding base makeup for your skin tone, I think this one can be your best friend.

[REVIEW+SWATCHES] Romand Juicy Lasting Tint 06 FigFig

Romand Juicy Lasting Tint 06 FigFig Review

Romand Juicy Lasting Tint 06 FigFig Review:

December last year, I got the opportunity to try the famous Romand Zero Velvet Tint and even though it has good qualities, I find it a tad bit too drying for my lips. Months after, I saw that Romand has renewed their Juicy Lasting Tint. I’m not too sure if they reformulate it as well or just placed it in a new packaging, but I still curious and finally got the chance to try it.

From the Juicy Lasting Tint, I expected to see a shiny tint with plumping effect to make a juicy lips look. The reviews I read before were divided, some love it while the others weren’t too fond of the tint. I don’t like glosses but I do like shiny lip tint because they make my lips look plumper and they also doesn’t make my lips feel dry hence I really want to try this tint since long ago.

I don’t expect the tint to last very long since it’s more on the shiny side so I won’t judge it by the long lasting-ness but I hope it will perform well and look good on the lips. If you saw the official swatch pictures, they are really pretty so let’s see if it will live to my expectation or not.

[REVIEW+SWATCHES] Peach C Holiday Tint Rose Beige

Peach C Holiday Tint Rose Beige Review

Peach C Holiday Tint Rose Beige Review:

The first product I tried from Peach C was the Peach C Cotton Blusher which I already reviewed months ago. I was so impressed with the quality and the blusher was in my top blusher list. Not long after, I bought the Peach C Holiday Tint which was a huge trend in Korea and I was hoping that the tint will work as good as the blusher on me. Lately it’s so easy to find Peach C products on various online stores so you can buy and try it as well if you’re curious.

You can easily find the information about this tint on their official website, which is Haneul Haneul (they are originally a Korean clothing store). When I searched about it, the tint got 5 stars reviews and on Instagram posts, all of the beauty influencers were praising the tint (well they maybe got PR/endorsed by Peach C but still, those good reviews encouraged me to try it as well). The price is not that expensive so I think it’s still under ‘affordable’ label and can be afforded by teenagers and adults as well.

TOO COOL FOR SCHOOL Art Class Nuage Lip Cozy Collection Review

TOO COOL FOR SCHOOL Art Class Nuage Lip Cozy Collection Review:

I was looking for a new lip product to add to my collection. The lip products I had then were all great, but I realized an overlapping shade going on. I wanted some new shades and came across this set. There were four shades of their original line in mini sizes. This was great for me since I take forever to finish one lip product (probably due to my collection).

[REVIEW+SWATCHES] Etude House Colorful Tattoo Tint PK002 Naughty Hipster

Etude House Colorful Tattoo Tint PK002 Naughty Hipster Review

Etude House Colorful Tattoo Tint PK002 Naughty Hipster Review:

Not too long after the release of Colorful Vivid Tint, Etude has finally launched another lip tint, the Colorful Tattoo Tint. I’m not sure about the difference between those two but judging by the name, I think the Tattoo one would last longer on the lips. I like how the Colorful Vivid Tint performed on my lips but sadly, it’s not long lasting so I really hope this one will stay longer (and better) on me.

The price is quite affordable, as expected from Etude House. It won’t be a burden for your wallet and the price is a bit cheaper than the Colorful Vivid Tint but both have 10 shades. The difference is the Colorful Tattoo has more variant in colors while the Colorful Vivid only has pinks, corals, and reds. I’m happy with the shade range and like usual, I got the most neutral shade from the range.

[REVIEW+SWATCHES] It’s Skin Colorable Draw Tint 05 Icing Coral

It's Skin Colorable Draw Tint 05 Icing Coral Review

It’s Skin Colorable Draw Tint 05 Icing Coral was purchased by Cosmeperks.

It’s Skin may be one of the Korean beauty brands I rarely use. Not because of the price or the quality, but it’s almost impossible to find a seller who sell it without ridiculous price so I didn’t have any chance to try something from them. But one day Nigama offered me to try and I’m grateful for the chance! The item I got is the Colorable Draw Tint, which is their new product this year.

The It’s Skin Colorable Draw Tint basically is a tint with velvet finish. I have a hard time in finding information in English about this product because most of them are in Korean, even on their global website they didn’t put any info about it in English so I’m sorry if I can’t provide detailed info.

It is also hard to find online because only several stores have it in stock. Actually I’m surprised to see that YesStyle didn’t have this product so if you want to try this tint, I think you have to really dig the internet to find one.

Holika Holika Water Drop Tint Bomb 03 Fig Water (Sweet Peko Edition) Review:

I heard that Holika Holika was going to collaborate with Sweet Peko online, but I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy anything. After I saw the release, I knew I had to get some. I was curious about their Water Drop Tint Bomb after hearing many great things.

Moonshot Micro Correctfit Cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ 301 Honey Review

Moonshot Micro Correctfit Cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ 301 Honey Review:

I believe many of us agree that Moonshot got more and more popular lately because they have Lisa of Blackpink as their brand’s face, right? And I will not lie that Lisa is the biggest reason why I purchased this cushion. Aside from that, a pretty packaging, of course, is another thing that had me spend my money for this brand.

However, it’s interesting to try this cushion as it was one of the most hyped products among beauty influencers lately. Apart from the brand ambassador and the packaging, I was curious why this cushion being so popular. Is the quality that good? Or is it just because of Lisa on its commercial? Well, let’s see.

[REVIEW+SWATCHES] Innisfree Jelly Cheek 01 Apricot

Innisfree Jelly Cheek 01 Apricot Review

Innisfree Jelly Cheek 01 Apricot Review:

The Jelly cheek from Innisfree actually is not new. They already released it back then along with their spring collection last year if I’m not mistaken. I remember seeing it everyday on my Instagram feed but when I want to get it, the product already discontinued. I thought Innisfree launched it only for the spring special but I’m surprised to see that they decided to make it as a part of their permanent line!

I’m not quite sure if they shade selection is the same with the previous edition but both have 3 shades only and all of them are in the ‘safe’ type of shade such as orange, coral, and pink. They also have different design where the new one is more on the plain side but overall they have exactly the same packaging.

I’m not a huge cream blusher fan but with the packaging and the claim, I was intrigued and decided to try at least one shade. They said it is cream to powder blush so I thought it would be more oily skin friendly and based on what I saw on Instagram, the application is really easy and won’t take too much time.
