Peripera Pearly Night Inklasting Pink Cushion 2 Pink Beige Review:

I laughed like a devil when I got this cute pinky baby on my doorstep. Hhaha! This product sold like hotcakes. I saw some online sellers in my country brought it on their shop at night and wanted to make my order in the next morning, but it was sold out everywhere and very fast, oh my God! Lucky me, I finally got mine from a seller (but at a bit higher price). Well, it doesn’t matter because I am HAPPY!!!

So, Inklasting Pink Cushion is not a new product from Peripera. But a special thing from this cushion is it’s in Pearly Night edition, special and limited edition for holiday 2017. [REVIEW] ACWELL Traditional Grain Syrup Mugwort Mask

ACWELL Traditional Grain Syrup Mugwort Mask Review

ACWELL Traditional Grain Syrup Mugwort Mask Review:

Having had a pleasant experience with the Acwell Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner in the past, when I saw a deal on this range of sheet masks from ACWELL, I immediately looked up the ingredients before eagerly deciding to purchase them through a friend.

[REVIEW] LaFORLAB Red Spot Repair Cream

LaFORLAB Red Spot Repair Cream Review

LaFORLAB Red Spot Repair Cream Review:

I tried this product once for free and then I liked the product so much that I went on and bought it myself. At the time I used it a bit on-and-off since I wanted to try several stuff. Then when I bought it I tried it until I finished the whole pack, and I think I might want it again? What sorcery is this?? I have to say right of the hook that it’s not a cheap product for its size, but I also have to say it’s everything I expected of the Skinfood Fresh Apple cream, and more!

It’s a brand that specializes in sensitive skin, and this is part of a collection that specializes in acne skin. This collection has natural botanical extracts and focuses on red spots – the bar was set really high.

[REVIEW] Nature Republic Ginseng Royal Silk Wrinkle Up Spot

Nature Republic Ginseng Royal Silk Wrinkle Up Spot Review

Nature Republic Ginseng Royal Silk Wrinkle Up Spot Review:

When I was in Seoul during the summer, I must have spent all my life savings in Myeongdong on K-beauty products (kidding….or am I?). I decided to venture outside my comfort zone and try some brands that I normally would not have even thought of purchasing. Nature Republic was one of those brands, mainly because they were everywhere and also because the salesperson was handing out sample sheet masks outside the store….I am a major sucker for freebies. I decided to venture outside my comfort zone and try some brands that I normally would not have even thought of purchasing.

One of their bestsellers was the Ginseng Royal Silk range. I bought a few products from that range but the one I started using first was the Wrinkle Up Spot. The saleslady told me that this product was good for removing wrinkles especially under the eyes and smile lines around the mouth. The main ingredient in this product is gold (99%) which promotes blood circulation and has a brightening effect. Perfect for dark circles! This product also contains ginseng for revitalization of the skin, silk compounds for cell regeneration and royal jelly which again, has brightening properties as well as helps to keep the skin firm and supple. “Sold!” – I thought to myself. Give me a tube of that golden ginseng goodness!

[REVIEW] New 2017 Laneige Two Tone Sheet Mask | Moisturizing and Lifting

Laneige Two Tone Sheet Mask Moisturizing and Lifting Review

Laneige Two Tone Sheet Mask Moisturizing and Lifting was purchased by Cosmeperks

Laneige masks are considered to be “affordable high end” masks here in Korea, it’s what most people turn to when they look for something above average but not above average price. This new collection of masks seems very promising as they target two different problems at once! Well, better yet it would have been to let you choose a top and a bottom, separately, for your own taste, but I guess they didn’t think that far.

Regardless, I really like moisturizing masks, and good lifting masks are also great for tightening the skin, so I chose the mask that seemed to please me most when it came to its functions (even though honestly it’s the ugliest from the collection).

[REVIEW] The Face Shop Air Cotton Makeup Base SPF30 PA++ 01 Mint

The Face Shop Air cotton Makeup Base SPF30 PA++ 01 Mint Review

The Face Shop Air cotton Makeup Base SPF30 PA++ 01 Mint:

Now, anyone with acne will relate. Concealing acne is HARD! But thankfully, it’s doable (if you graduated from Hogwarts). In my case, I’m a bit lucky since I don’t have many bumps but a lot of redness. A popular way to conceal redness is colour correcting with green pigmentation. I tried it a couple of times in the past but I have many spots across my face and using a tiny product isn’t helping, so I thought I should try a green pigmented primer. I found this one at an affordable price and with a lot of great reviews so I thought I shall give it a try.

[REVIEW] The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%

The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Review

The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Review:

The Ordinary is a relatively new brand that has been creating huge buzz in terms of beauty. If you must know, it is not an Asian brand but is actually Canadian. It is from the Deciem aka The Abnormal Beauty Company. They are known to produce effective products at a very friendly price range.

I don’t know about you but cheap yet effective gets me, every single time. I bought few stuff from the Ordinary and one of which is the Niacinamide 10% + Zince 1% since I realize that I do not own any sebum controlling product apart from oil blotting paper and powder. I’m sure a lot of people is curious about this one, after all, it is one of the products I always get inquiries about!

[REVIEW] Leejiham LJH Vita Propolis Ampoule

Leejiham LJH Vita Propolis Ampoule Review

Leejiham LJH Vita Propolis Ampoule Review:

This teeny bottle of golden nectar has fast become a must-have in my daily routine. It contains 50% propolis extract to help achieve the “dewy glow”. If you watch as many K-dramas as I do, you will know the look I am referring to *cough* Jun Ji Hyun. It also contains multi vitamins (B3, B5, C), Centella Asiatica, Sea Buckthorn and Witch Hazel extract to help calm irritation / redness, minimise the appearance of pores and delay anti-aging. This little bottle just keeps on giving!

I was surprised to discover that LJH actually operates a chain of professional dermatology clinics in Korea (suddenly their “Beauty is Clever” tagline makes more sense) and the Vita Propolis range is one of the 6 product ranges of cosmeceuticals on their website.
