Bonajour Eggplant Daily BHA Toner Review

Bonajour Eggplant Daily BHA Toner Review:

I wanted to try this product as soon as I heard about it for two reasons. One is that Bonajour is a surprisingly good brand that keeps amazing me, and they do use lots of natural ingredients. The other one is… it’s an Eggplant toner, come on. And it’s purple! Wouldn’t you want to try that?

[REVIEW] Innisfree Skin Clinic Mask BHA

Innisfree Skin Clinic Mask BHA Review

Innisfree Skin Clinic Mask BHA Review:

You can never buy too many sheet masks. That might be one of the many things that make them amazing. You can try all sorts of sheet masks and you never have enough, unlike multiple-use masks that take up space and cost more… That perfectly sums up why I love sheet masks.

I was looking for sheet masks with BHA, since it’s my favourite ingredient and it works the best on my skin. I’ve also been quite curious about Innisfree’s masks since I’ve only tried the real squeeze masks (and loved them). I found the price to be decent so I decided to give this mask a try.

[REVIEW] New 2018 Innisfree My Real Pet Mask Pug Firming

Innisfree My Real Pet Mask Pug Firming Review

Innisfree My Real Pet Mask Pug Firming Review:

On my previous review, I have talked about Innisfree’s newest mask which is My Real Pet Mask in Chihuahua (Nourishing). And today I am back to share another review of My Real Pet Mask since I got a very nice result with the first one. My second mask from this collection goes to the firming type. Of course, still with our lovely dog characters, now is Pug’s turn!

See the wrinkles on Pug’s face? Even with that wrinkly face, the pug still looks very cute, doesn’t it? But imagine if we had the same wrinkly face! That’s a big NO! Even though I do not have too much wrinkles right now, but treat my skin with best wrinkle-improvement skincare is a must since I am already twenty-something. Just to make sure that I prepare my skin well before I age. And this mask promises to firm and restore elastic skin with its Adenosine content. I hope it would give what it promised since recently my skin looks tired and unhealthy. Hey, cute Pug! Let’s see what you can do for my skin!

[REVIEW] Dewytree Aqua Deep Green Enzyme Mask

Dewytree Aqua Deep Green Enzyme Mask Review

Dewytree Aqua Deep Green Enzyme Mask Review:

As a person who uses Dewytree products, I surprised myself for not trying their most famous product thus far: their Deep masks. I mean, I literally have them in every Olive Young store, I have personally ordered stuff from the brand’s website, and yet why didn’t I ever add a mask to my cart? So I thought it was about time to try it! Of course I would choose a mask focusing on hydration for my first mask from the brand, since my skin loses all its water in the blink of an eye if I’m not careful. Dewytree, save my pores!

Comparison Review: Innisfree No Sebum Moisture vs No Sebum Mineral vs No Sebum Blur Powders

Comparison Review Innisfree No Sebum Moisture vs No Sebum Mineral vs No Sebum Blur Powders

Comparison Review: Innisfree No Sebum Moisture vs No Sebum Mineral vs No Sebum Blur Powders:

Do you hate the feeling of sticky or shiny after using your skincare? Same here! Before Innisfree I have only tried face powder from Givenchy but it did not worked well with my acne prone skin type when I  used it on my bare face.

I visited Korea in December 2016 and started to hunt for Korean Skincare product that maybe work for me. Innisfree powder is one of the product that I list in my must buy product. So I started to try Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Powder and its been amazing to my skin, its not breaking out and its not itching. Then I tried other brand powder (Skinfood and Airspun) but didn’t really impressed with how they felt. Skinfood doesn’t break me out but its kinda hard to get the smooth feeling and Airspun felt heavy on my skin. So I buy another Innisfree No sebum Powder which is the blur powder and I love them too. Then they come out with new Moisture Powder which really caught my eyes since I love the blur and mineral powder, so I immediately bought it!

[REVIEW] LaFORLAB Blackhead Vacuum Cleaner 3 Step Care

LaFORLAB Blackhead Vacuum Cleaner 3 Step Care Review

LaFORLAB Blackhead Vacuum Cleaner 3 Step Care Review:

Once I got Red Spot Repair Cream as a free product from this brand, and then I liked it so much I bought it again. And I bought two more products with it. This was one of the other two products I bought! I’m not crazy about pore strips but for some reason I keep using them.

LaFORLAB specializes in sensitive skins so I thought this product would not work but that at least it wouldn’t harm my skin. Right? Wrong! It did not harm my skin, as I expected, but it did have some results. So I’m happy to talk about it!

[REVIEW] Hylamide HA Blur

Hylamide HA Blur Review

Hylamide HA Blur Review:

I got pretty curious about DECIEM and its products after coming across many reviews of products from its economical range The Ordinary.

DECIEM is a Canadian company, interestingly also known as “The Abnormal Beauty Company”.  It started as a modest company in year 2013 with only 1 brand and 1 product but has since grown to carry 10 brands under its umbrella with an array of products ranging from skincare to hair care. The Ordinary is one of its better known brand, raved for the product efficacy and the attractive price point.

And having tried the Niacinamide 10% + Zince PCA 1% myself, I am sold that their products are worth a second look. So I went on to check out its other skincare brands and products. Hylamide is its mid-range skincare brand which was in fact launched before The Ordinary though I do not come across it as much on google search. Probably lesser hype because the prices are about double that of The Ordinary, akin to many other mid-range brands in the market. So what other differences are there?  The Ordinary have the ingredients in separate serum, so in a way, it is very targeted. Hylamide combines the ingredients to address various skincare concerns and offers the complete range of products including sun protection and primer which The Ordinary does not have. Not to mention the packaging for Hylamide is more colorful.

[REVIEW] Korres Natural Clay Deep Cleansing Mask

Korres Natural Clay Deep Cleansing Mask Review

Korres Natural Clay Deep Cleansing Mask Review:

Probably the smallest non-single usage mask I’ve ever seen and used, this is just one of the many, many flavors Korres came up with. It basically was their own attempt to jump on the charcoal mask trend but in their own way. This one is meant for deep cleansing which at first doesn’t sound as attractive or special as firming or brightening sounds like but let me say one thing.

Everything depends on cleansing correctly. Sure, double cleansing does a great job but once in a while it’s important to clear your skin from all the unwanted, persistent stuff. By doing that, you’re supposed to reduce sebum production which in excess, can cause acne and all of its children to appear. If you can prevent that, you can also get a smoother skin texture. On top of that, it’s all natural, it’s just cleansing.

[REVIEW] NIOD Flavanone Mud

NIOD Flavanone Mud Review

NIOD Flavanone Mud Review:

I was on the lookout for a mud mask that is strong but at the same time wont dry out my skin. I had my share of coming across mud masks that sucked the moisture out of my skin, and that was not pleasant at all. Some are gentle enough, but didn’t really get the job done.

I kept seeing NIOD Flavanone Mud popping up on Instagram, which definitely has piqued my interest. NIOD (which stands for Non Invasive Options in Dermal Science) is a brand that is under Deceim, the same parent company as The Ordinary. However NIOD’s price range is higher than The Ordinary. So I started reading up online reviews about Flavanone Mud and decided that this mask definitely fit the bill of what I was looking for.
