[REVIEW] Innisfree Blueberry Rebalancing Cream (New Packaging)

Innisfree Blueberry Rebalancing Cream Review

Innisfree Blueberry Rebalancing Cream Review:

This cream, just like the same line’s cleansing foam, is exactly the same as the previous version, and only the package was updated. As you can see by the package, I have the previous version, but below I’ll post an image of the new version with comparisons for you.

Anyway, this cream, as the name says, aims to rebalance the skin. I really loved the Blueberry cleanser and I have high expectations for this cream too!

[REVIEW] 2018 NEW Cosrx Low pH First Cleansing Milk Gel

Cosrx Low pH First Cleansing Milk Gel Review

Cosrx Low pH First Cleansing Milk Gel was purchased by Cosmeperks.

Ever since I learned about oil cleansing and double cleansing I’ve faithfully been using oil cleansers at night, but there are times when I got totally sick of using them. In those times I tried some Western micellar waters, but somehow, I found them more drying than the oil cleansers and they didn’t remove my sunscreen that well. So, even though I was completely sick of using an oil cleanser I felt as though there wasn’t another option. I had heard of cleansing milks as well but the ones I heard about seemed unable to remove sunscreen so I never bothered to try them either, but I always was curious about cleansing milks.

So naturally when I heard Cosrx was coming out with a first cleanser – and a milk type one of course I was interested in it and eager to try it. Even more so when I read that it removes sunscreen as well as base make up, because that is pretty much what I look for in a first cleanser, something to remove sunscreen and light make up. That alone made me want to buy it but also the fact that it’s made by Cosrx was the other deciding factor for me. After all, Cosrx is well known and loved internationally for their clean ingredient lists, no frills packaging and for being effective skin care products which are also reasonably priced.

You might wonder what a cleansing milk is, after all they don’t seem to be as well known as oil cleansing or as easy to find. They are designed to be more moisturizing and less stripping than other cleansers and are good for dry skin. Milk cleansers usually have a mix emollients and oils so they can remove make up as well as sunscreen. Since it is winter right now, I wanted to try something that would be gentler and less drying for my skin, so I hoped that this cleansing milk would be the perfect solution.

[REVIEW] Innisfree Blueberry Rebalancing 5.5 Cleanser (New Packaging)

Innisfree Blueberry Rebalancing 5.5 Cleanser Review

Innisfree Blueberry Rebalancing 5.5 Cleanser Review:

Innisfree is slowly renewing all of its superfood lines. I thought at first they were literally renewing (like, updating the products) but let me tell you beforehand when it comes to the Blueberry line nothing changed except for the design! I have two products from this line so I decided to check the ingredients, and at first in this cleanser the new version’s website ingredients were different!

So after a long messy week I came to know the ingredients on the website were for a future (unreleased) big version of this product. And no, the big version isn’t different, but since it’s big it has “more” blueberry and glycerin and etc, because they are measured by physical amount and not percentage.

With that out of the way, when I first started using this cleanser (actually even when I bought it) I was expecting it to be like a less good version of the Krave Matcha Hemp Hydrating cleanser. I expected it to be “just a foam” that stripped the moisture a little, but with a low pH would be less harmful for the skin. Well, I must say it did surprise me and it’s way better than I thought!

[REVIEW] MizuMi Extra Mild Facial Cleanser

MizuMi Extra Mild Facial Cleanser Review

MizuMi Extra Mild Facial Cleanser Review:

While on a trip to Bangkok, I remember just walking through aisles of cosmetics at the drugstore and finding brands I’ve never heard of before, which, as you might’ve guessed, included this brand. Being a natural sceptic, I took note of it but didn’t buy it immediately.

However, when I couldn’t find much reviews online in English (Google Translate can only help so much), I ended up going for it anyway (whatever I could read seemed promising) and purchasing a bottle right before I flew back home the next day. But how did it fare?

[REVIEW] Cremorlab Spa et Cremor Thalasso Foam Cleanser

Cremorlab Spa et Cremor Thalasso Foam Cleanser Review

Cremorlab Spa et Cremor Thalasso Foam Cleanser Review:

I got this product as soon as it came out, wrote a post of first thoughts, and then went on vacation to Russia. This was in the summer. I totally forgot about it until I finished a few other cleansers, then I remembered how much I enjoyed the smell of this cleansing foam – how much it reminded me of home and grabbed it right away.

I used it for 3 weeks last month, then I had to stop, and now I decided to write my opinion on this, and why I had to stop using it. I feel it’s important to share the good, the bad, and the indifferent.

[REVIEW] The SAEM Healing Tea Garden Green Tea Cleansing Tissue

The SAEM Healing Tea Garden Green Tea Cleansing Tissue Review

The SAEM Healing Tea Garden Green Tea Cleansing Tissue Review:

I’ve actually been interested in trying out this range from The SAEM, so when I was over in Thailand and found it in a beauty store for a steal of 99 THB, I just grabbed it with a lack of my usual “I am not an impulse buyer”. So, how does it fare for my – also – first cleansing tissue?

[REVIEW] NIOD Sanskrit Saponins

NIOD Sanskrit Saponins Review

NIOD Sanskrit Saponins Review:

I already have a Holy Grail gentle and low pH cleanser that I have been using for years now. However, I don’t have a stronger cleanser in my routine to deep clean my pores on the days that my skin feels extra dirty. I have always relied on once or twice a week mud mask for that purpose. So I began looking for a cleanser to do just that, and I thought of giving NIOD Sanskrit Saponins a try since I really love their Flavanone Mud.

[REVIEW] Krave Beauty Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser

Krave Beauty Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser Review

Krave Beauty Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser was purchased by Cosmeperks.

I will be completely honest and admit I hadn’t heard about Krave nor the blogger Liah Yoo until (almost at the same time) two different people told me about it. I was even attracted to the product before I went and investigated the blogger! When I did finally watch her video on the product I didn’t flinch on my wish to try it. Why?

It’s not only the claims of the product (which I’m sure most of you have heard of by now) but mainly because the introductory video starts with “Are you familiar with the words squeaky clean? Well, that’s one thing your skin doesn’t deserve” – and I thank you so much. I know lots of people who have been into skin care know that, but a lot of starters or people who don’t care that much think that squeaky clean is equal to true cleanness. And also her honesty when she said that it doesn’t really smell good… because they didn’t want to add stuff for that. In the end, scent isn’t important if the product is good and the scent isn’t bad, right?

[REVIEW] Blithe Anti-Polluaging Himalayan Pink Salt Cleansing Water

Blithe Anti-Polluaging Himalayan Pink Salt Cleansing Water Review

Blithe Anti-Polluaging Himalayan Pink Salt Cleansing Water Review:

I for one am not a fan of cleansing balm or oil to be used as my first cleanse because from my experience, both clogged my pores pretty badly. So I could not be bothered to search for the ones that would work for me. Instead, I just stick to using only a designated makeup remover and a water based cleanser for my cleansing routine. I have been doing this for years and my skin have not had any issues with it.

I have never really given much thought on trying out cleansing water (I’m not even sure why!), until I saw this Blithe Antipolluaging Cleansing Water in my local Sephora. Blithe is pretty popular with its Splashing Masks and Pressed Serums, but I have not come across any reviews about its Cleansing Water.

I have to be honest, the pretty packaging totally caught my eye and the fancy word “Antipolluaging” gave me the impression that it does more than just cleansing. It is definitely pretty pricey for a cleansing water, but since Blithe is known for its wonderful products, I thought I would give it a try!
