[REVIEW] The SAEM Healing Tea Garden Tea Tree Cleansing Water

The SAEM Healing Tea Garden Tea Tree Cleansing Water Review:

When I ran out of my makeup remover, I was at loss on what to actually buy. There are a lot of cleansing creams and lotions, and even tissues, to choose from! What drew me to The SAEM’s Cleansing Water was the promise of removing even the most stubborn makeup and the claim that you can go straight to bed afterwards. I’ve never been loyal to a cleansing product ever, since I find that they all do their jobs equally well, but then this cleansing water might have changed my mind!

Claims:

This product promotes “one-step cleansing”, and promises that you don’t have to wash your face after using this since it will remove all the makeup on your face. It also claims to remove excess sebum and soothe the skin. Also claims to be for sensitive skin.

The SAEM Healing Tea Garden Tea Tree Cleansing Water Review:

The SAEM Healing Tea Garden Tea Tree Cleansing Water comes in a nice packaging that’s aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. There are directions at the back in English as well as Korean text. It has a gentle tea tree scent that doesn’t smell obnoxious or too strong.

I’ve been using this product for a while to test if it will lead to break out. Fortunately, there are no signs of irritation and there aren’t any signs of an acne break out. This also will leave your face feeling hydrated and moisturized, and it won’t dry your face!

One cleansing cream I tried gave out a stinging sensation to my eyes whenever applied it on my eye area to remove mascara, but this cleansing water is really gentle while doing its job. I usually use two cotton pads to remove all my makeup with this cleansing water.

Even though this promotes a “no wash” promise, I still cleanse my face with a cleansing foam because I’m meticulous with my cleansing steps.

As trial, I’ve swatched different makeup products on my arm and let them sit there for a while. Then I swiped a cotton pad with cleansing water once to see if it can remove makeup with just one swipe.

It surprised me that it can remove most of the makeup with just one swipe, except for the matte lipstick that’s always been such a struggle to remove! But then after wiping a few more times, the cleansing water did its job quite well and actually removed the makeup.

I’ll definitely buy this again since it’s such a steal! Perfect for those lazy days where you just want to give in to its “one step cleansing” promise. Again, I usually double cleanse by using this cleansing water and a cleansing foam afterwards.

Though I do recommend using this cleansing water by itself since it can really remove makeup and can also leave your face feeling refreshed and hydrated afterwards. If your skin is sensitive, you don’t have to worry because The SAEM Healing Tea Garden Tea Tree Cleansing Water has been very gentle to my skin and hasn’t given me any sort of irritation.
